For those who may not know. I've secured an additional 1800 square feet for two reasons.........strength camps and meets. This new addition is not funded by any House of Power monies (which is a "break even" gym at this time). The new space must be totally funded by my Strength Camps and Meets. At this point my overhead is $500.00/ month plus utilities (approx. 300.00/month). If this concept works we will have a permamnent venue for most of our powerlifting meets. We can use the gym and all of the racks as a warm-up room and lifters can just walk next door to lift. Not to mention the benefits of having to load a trailer full of equipment and renting hotel space at about $1000.00/meet.
Anyone who would like to hold a meet in this space is welcome to it. I will work with them for a rental fee that includes all of the equipment that we use.
