The USAPL Fall Classic will take place at St. Amant High School once again. It is scheduled for Saturday, October 28. The meet sanction has been faxed and sent this weekend. There will be a USAPL State Meeting on Friday night at 7:00pm at St. Amant High School. To the best of my knowledge the USAPL has not had a State Meeting. Items to be addressed are: records, officers, upcoming meets, etc. Any items which you would like to include on the Agenda should be emailed to me or the USAPL State Chairman, Duane Urbina. I will answer any lifters questions about the meet on the Powerlifting on the Bayou Web Site
(www.geocities.com/southbeach/reef/7069). This site is maintained and updated by Kory Wnuk. This way lifters may see all of the information related to the meet. I will post updates weekly.
Remember if you plan on setting any American or National record be sure to:
1. Bring a copy of your Birth Certificate
I will have the appropriate Judges; scale certification; plates weighed; and record application forms. It would be a wise idea to fill one out and hand it to us at weigh-in (leaving the amount of weight blank).
That way the judges could be prepared for your flight. I will also try to have a jury table to help handle drug testing and records.
