Yes.......the toughest job at the meet. We are in good shape with judges and table help. We have a couple of seasoned lifters who will help out on the platform. I know that a T-shirt and meal are not much. So anyone who helps spot, load, or judge can enter the USAPL State Meet on January 20 for half price ($20.00 instead of $40.00). Please respond here if you can help spot.
I will have several St. Amant lifters (the ACT is being administered that Saturday so I may not get some help til lunch time) popping plates and jacking the racks. My main concern is to have seasoned powerlifters spotting (not loading or jacking- I can get my young guys to do this).
Any help will be appreciated. I'd also like to do this in shifts so that one person is not locked in all day.
