Response to Good question.

 

I think Kory will tell you the same. That our best increases in the Deadlift have come as a result of Rack work (pins set at the bottom of the knee cap). I alternate deadlifting in the rack and from the ground every other week. See you at the met in January. Best of Luck in your training, Paul
