Sorry to hear that sort of stuff going on at sanctioned meets. It does nothing for the sport.
We allow single and double ply polyester or denim bench shirts. No canvas is allowed and no patches over the stitching or that sort of thing.
I've seen people have so many patches in some places that they might as well constitute the patches as yet another layer..........
We have an online rulebook and a link to it at our website. Same old, same old that your used to as far as squat depth etc.
