There is no doubt that the help that you and Todd have provided has helped the lifters at St. Amant a great Powerlifting experience! I hope that you can make the trip to Alexandria so that we can truly coach this crew! This is possibly our strongest team in the 7 years of Gator powerlifting. We have 6 or 7 seniors, light weights, middle weights, and heavy weights who can score points, etc.
