I spoke with Jeff, within an hour of this post. His new job has him spread pretty thin, but he has been getting some workouts in. He will be on hand to help a lifter that he has been working with at 220 lbs. Jeff is in Hattiesburg now (as I am sure all the 220 Louisiana lifters might be happy to hear).
