While finalizing the sanction application for the State Meet today I was informed that Louisiana now has the most USAPL members in the nation (surpassing Wisconsin). Now that we are number one in membership one of my goals is for us to host a National Championship. Duane Urbina is hosting the Collegiate Nationals and will no doubt do a great job. This might be a good time to bid on a national event. My first two choices would be the Mens Nationals or the Masters Nationals. Once we break on to the National scene it might be a good idea for us to continue to bid and host meets. (Sorry I have been out-of-pocket lately, just recovering from a tough three days of the flu)
