Thanks to Everyone for the 2001 USAPL State Meet !!!

Sorry I haven't posted the results yet. As soon as the State Meet was over I had to devote all of my time to getting our team, at St. Amant, ready for the Regionals this weekend at Episcopal. It seems that as soon as one event is over we are moving on to the next with no break. January is usually that way.

Thanks for all the supportive posts! They really are appreciated more than you might know. The State Meet really was a team effort. A lot of people stepped up in vital roles that helped the meet run smoothly. Thanks!!!

Many of the lifters hear me preach this all the time.......which essentially is "Give more than you take"........When the going gets tough (and it has lately) it seems that there is support just around the corner!

Well, gotta run..........we have our work cut out this weekend. Garry Frank's Team (Bishop Sullivan) is hot! and the East Regionals should prove to be a battle to the last deadlift!

Good Luck to all the High School lifters this weekend, especially the Seniors whom we coach at St. Amant; who will be lifting in their last East Regional as a Gator!
