Here I'll tell ya, if you invest your money here, no way do we want to encourage you or discourage you from doing so. Private investments can be risky, but we don't want you to think that this is a good or bad investment right away. When I started 963 Productions, I knew that our primary investment had to be "digital video production". It has become the primary investment of most Hollywood studios today. We let the director do what he or she wants, because we feel that they are the only ones who can tell their stories correctly.
We respect the moral and religous believes of each indiviual filmmaker, because it can influance not just his or her work but those who see it as well. We respect the interests of each indiviual filmmaker, whether they have created something original or wish to obtain the rights to any curtain inteletual property. We must look after the safty of the filmmaker, anything that may threaten him or her from doing or finishing their work from lawsuits to deaththreats, we will take all the proper actions. Say if a filmmaker makes a film for us and you say your going to kill him or her because of what was addressed in there film, you will make yourself subject to criminal investigation. Quick history leason, when Kevin Smith made Dogma in 1999, and when Mel Gibson made Passion of the Christ in 2004, it has been documentad that each one where reciving death threats during the times that their films where in theaters, if anyone does the same for someone under contract to us, you will be subject to criminal investigation.
For those who prirate films, I must tell you. We have people who use those file sharing softwares to find out if someone is illegally sharing our products, if your caught, we will alert the proper athorities.
NOW: This is what you really want to hear, for those who decide to invest their money in this project, if we manage to make a to make back our coast, there is no garentee that you will get the full ammount of your money back to you the same way you sent it to us. If it flops, all certifacates are nulanvoid. You can send your money throw Paypal, Money order, or cerdified check. If we make a good profit, we will deside what percentage of interest you will recieve but the maximum we will allow is %70.

Each one of you will recieve a certifacate via u.s. mail, in order to pull your investment, all you have to do is to send back your certificate, or you may sell or trade it for some of equel value but this is something we would have to be made aware of. Any legal transfered must be documentad and sent back to us.
