I haven't completely finalised my program yet, but it will be based on the following:

Fennel
Fenugreek
Borage
Hops

I may add Red Clover and possibly Milk Thistle.

I will also use a cream. I'm not going to devise my own, so I will be buying one. The St. Herb cream looked promising but everyone seems to think that Mirifica products don't go with other herbs. I've heard that said numerous times, so I will probably go for the Wonderup cream.

I have finalised everything now and can confirm I'll be using the following:

Fennel
Fenugreek
Borage
Hops
Red Clover
Milk Thistle

Wonderup Cream.

I have decided not to continue with the Fenugreek and the Borage, but have added an omega 3-6-9 supplement.

Now taking:
Fennel
Hops
Red Clover
Milk Thistle
Omega 3-6-9

Also:
Wonderup cream

I haven't been around for a while, but I'm back now. I need to restart my program because I stopped when I wasn't feeling too good and haven't got around to beginning again. I wasn't too well and lost my enthusiasm for natural breast enhancement, which was a pity because I'd seen some encouraging signs. I will be starting from scratch and maybe take into account all the latest info posted in this great forum.
