daily routine:
1000mgs borage oil
1 cup soy milk
whey protein shake 50gr
massage 10minutes before bed with cocoa butter lotion with some vit.E
I try to gain weight that is why I take protein shakes and eat large proportions of healthy food.I exercise lightly 3-4 times a week at home mainly leg and butt ,biceps and triceps exercises with light weights.I don't do any cardio at all.
I started this routine about one month ago and I have increased a bit.When I measure the tape shows 86cm at the fullest part!!!!The good thing is that apart from the increase on the tape the difference is easy to tell ;I finally have some cleavage,my breasts are rounder ,fuller and they feel a lot heavier!My boyfriend has also told me that they have grown.My bras fit better and my breasts look bigger than before, even when I am wearing a bras.
They are 2cm bigger for the last 10 days and I am sure there is a big difference. I think they are a bit bigger than they usually are before period.I also have permanent pains on the breasts.
I think that the growth I have is mainly due to the massages.I am a bit worried because I want to grow even more.I guess that the pains are a good sign.
About 3 days ago I lost all of my growth for... only one day!I know it sounds unbelievable but the next day I had my full size back and started having growing pains again!!!I am still at 2 cm larger than ever.Unfortunately I have run out of soya milk and borage oil and perhaps that's why I lost my fullness...I think I got my bigger size back because the next day I went to my boyfriend's house and he was kind of persisent in grabbing my breasts to the extent I hurt a bit,but since then I have those growing pains again.I must go and buy as soon as possible soya milk and borage oil.
For the last month I haven't been taking any borage oil or eating soya because I was mostly out of town.But I have managed to gain one more cm of growth only due to the massages!!!!!!Perhaps it is also affected by the 1kg I gained.

I still have growing pains and I massage with olive oil.

Thank you!I do pansyclub's massage movements!I want to feel better shape and fulness when I decide to stop massaging!I massage about 15minutes before going to bed and I try to stimulate as much as possible the nipples!
The last month I started NBE again,I drink 2 cups of soya milk regularly and massage twice daily.The results are very encouraging!I am definitely fuller and my boyfriend thinks that a miracle was made.I haven't measured (I don't want because it might bring me anxiety and depression ) but I am definitely bigger than ever in my life!Unfortunately I lost the 1kg I had gone months ago but this time I am decided to finish NBE and don't give up until I am satisfied with the results!From today I added 2000mgs of yeast too.I intend to get some oat seeds and fennel teas as soon as I get time and money.
So for the time we have got
2 cups of soya milk daily(about 80mgs of isoflavones)
2times massage daily
2000mgs daily of yeast tabs
I am planning to finally gain some weight permanently( at least 3kgs ) and I am going to start a special nutrition program with lots of protein(eggs,chicken,tuna etc) while doing some weight training 3 times a week at my home(train every muscle EXCEPT from breast muscles!)
Hey chocogirl, I hope you don't mind me posting on your page... It's okay to work your chest muscles- fat is not taken from the nearest area in order to fuel muscle, it's taken out systemically. If you eat enough and don't work out too long, fat will hardly be used at all for fuel. Some chest muscle will increase the cleavage-look. Trust me, I'm not quite as thin as you, but I have no upper body fat and some pecs look like cleavage on me!
