I’m 25 and live in Bristol (England). I’m 5 foot 10 inches about a size 10 and have 36AA chest. I come from a family of large chested women. My sister and mum are 36DD. My grandma is a 34J and has had so many back problems as a result. I would love to be an A cup and anything bigger than that would be a dream come true. My chest size has always bothered me especially because of my family, I always felt I didn’t fit in as my chest is so small. I have no children.

1st attempt on NBE

Started 1/Jan/06

Perfect C breast enhancer for 4 months
Daily massages with cocoa butter (body shop)
Avoided caffeine and fizzy drinks
Daily protein shake

I had no results from this attempt, I felt no tingling and have definitely not changed size. I would not recommend Perfect C breast enhancer, its very expensive have low doses of herb and above all....it does not work!!!

I took a one month break before starting my attempt, for the last 2 weeks of may, I have been taking milk thistle to prepare my body for the second attempt.

2nd attempt

Started 1/June/06:

Wonderup tablets (2 tablets 3 times a day)
Morning massage with cocoa butter (body shop)
Evening massage with wonderup cream
Avoiding caffeine and fizzy drinks
Daily protein shake

I am currently on birth control pills (cilest) If I have had no signs of growth after 3 months, I will stop taking these and continue with my programme.

I've read somewhere that herbs don't work if your body temp is lower than 98.2degrees ( ideally it should be about 98.5 degrees for herbs to work). i believe this is the reason why i have so much trouble growing as well. You can maybe try and add l-tyrosine (the reason why you need your temp at that level is for your body to process the herbs correctly - l-tyrosine helps with that). Michelle Choi has this in her programme and look at her growth! there are also other herbs that help with thyroid to convert t3 into t4 (something like that .... go to bountifulbreast.com and they explain this better). the problem could be a hyper / hypo active thyroid - not the program.
hope this helps a bit

Thank you for this, I will give it a go. I'm not sure of my actual body temperature, but i am a very 'cold' person (i've always got at least 2 jumpers on) so this may be the case.

I really appreciate the advice.
