started NBE end of Sep 05 with a loose B cup (weight 112 lb then)
i am a smoker(very bad >_< ) and a night person.
achieved full 34C (or small 34D) in early April, 06

upper bust 36 1/2+ inch.(93cm)
lower bust 30 1/4 inch. (77cm)
my routine.
soya milk 1 cup w/coffee in the morning (w/ 2tbs tremella)
20 push-ups (against table) be4 massages
massage 20 min.
boobie soup for lunch.(mainly soups make from chicken feet broth)
(hot)soya milk 1 cup after dinner. (add 1 tbsp of fermented rice most of time)
lots seafoods (clams, shrimps..) once a week at least.
add in borage oil (1000mg) since Mar 15th/06.
my goal--->34DD or E
i think i hit a stall now, so i just started to take VIT-C and E a few days ago, see if i can get a boost from that. will keep u girls updated. (as in May-30, 06)

i used borage(seeds) oil for a boost, it worked well. :)
i took 1 1000mg borage oil cap X 3 a day w/ meal for ONE MONTH.
the second month i took 2 a day.
third month 1 a day.

Okay, I just eat chicken feet everyday (make it as broth), because it's most effective in my own experience. I always eat them after my massage, because one massagist said that always eat some boobie helpful foods after massages. You can just drink soy bean milk or eggs.
**gelatin-rich and high protein foods r very helpful, u may try to use them in pill form if foods r not available. but i prefer foods, haven't tried the pills yet, but i think gelatin/collagen caps will help, too. :)
list of "boobie unfriendly foods", just try to avoid them, BUT NO NEED TO GET PARANOID!!!!!!!!!
I cheat once in a while, and I don't eat too much of them. it won't hurt if just a little.
BEER, ice cold drink or food (such as ice cream....sorry, girls), grapefruit, pinapple, watermelon, honeydew melon, chinese cabbage, bamboo, kiwi, coconut, pear, fresh chinese date(jujube), tomato, orange, strawberry, chives, leeks
not to bad, right?
however, tomato is okay if it's cooked.

i mix these simple exercises to my massages for breast-lifting purpose, i think they helped. my breasts r lifted about an inch. :)
* the "lion face" is some kind of yoga method, i think. i read it somewhere but not positive.
anyways, u make ur face like "shocked" (like jim carey would do ), stick out ur tongue as far as u can, u can feel the muscles of ur breasts contract. do it 20 times then use ur plams to push up gently from nipples to ur chin, that helps to lift the breasts.
*i also do this. stand relaxed both arms down, make a fist and raise one arm and reach up as far as u can, use as much strength as u can, ur upper arm will be touching ur ear. hold it for 30 sec. then put down do the other arm.
*and push ur plams against each other as hard as u can whenever u have time, that's pretty good too.
i had been slaking in exercise and eating be4 bed i gained 7 lbs. :( i didn't gain anything boob-wise. so i tried to lose weight and kept my boobs. i lost 2 1/2 lbs and kept the same measurement. but after i ate leeks dumplings 4 days straight i lost 1 cm. this is my first shrinkage in 8 months since i started NBE (leeks r NBE no-no) i did more massage for a week and couldn't get it back. very very sad.
then i recalled this lady (from 32B to E cup) in TW's forum said that she was shocked by the effectiveness of the chicken/feet soup. so i made some home-made chicken broth, scoop out the fat on top, then used the broth to cook the chicken feet soup. i got my 1 cm back the next day!!!!! plus fuller breasts!!!! very happy now. now i am on 4th day of this soup, still have my 1 cm w/ me and haven't gained any weight. (i only eat boobie soup for lunch) i will keep eating this until my chicken broth runs out see if i can get more results. : ) i am still trying to go back 115 lbs, so i have been eaten less for dinner and no more food afterwards execpt my soya milk.
i started using aloe vera+borage oil+EVOO(for mobility) a while ago, i was also trying to lose weight, i lost 2 1/2 lb and kept same measurement, i think it helped. :-)
then i ate too much stupid leeks, i lost 1 cm(my first experience of shrinkage). kept massaging w/ boobie batter above for more then a week w/o any progress. almose gave up NBE cuz it was frustrating after i had dealt w/ stalling for 2 months.
then i received my order of 14% wild yam cream, epo, progesterone cream, i decided to give it a try.
now i use wild yam cream+epo+V-E oil+EVOO(for mobility), and back on taking 3 borage oil a day plus heat pad for 5~20 min depends if i have time. try that for maybe a week w/o progress, then i made the chicken/feet soup (see post above), got 1cm back+fuller the next day. few days later i started appling progestrone cream after shower.
i just ran out of the chicken broth yesterday. so i am back to feet soup again. but my boobs r feeling(by grabing) fuller. so far everything is going well with my new adding thingy. i have a little growth (1 cm, measured this evening), but i only ate some salad for supper tonite(still trying to lose weight slowly), will c if i still have it tomorrow.
i just remembered, i did experience some fluctuation while on the aloe vera/borage oil/EPOO boobie batter for over a week (93cm~94cm full bust), i thought my stalling was broken, then the "leeks" incident happened, it droped to 92cm. so i think it is a good boobie batter.(suggested by Gisela) :-)
After my stall I didn't have any real growth but fullness, so I took a break in the beginning of FEB.07, I had kept my size and fullness with occasionally massage and boobie soups til the week before. this week I see that i am starting to loose my fullness, so I start grow yours programme, will post my morning measurements for daily record.
mine stats to start GY are pretty much the same like before my stall, maybe .5cm bigger, but I weight 118.5 lb this morning, I also start taking borage oil and royal jelly today, hope to see some growth soon on my new GY programme.
I am going to use morning measurements on my programme page here, and night measurements at GY for records.
Not really an updateing, I only did GY for a few days, but couldn't follow through at the moment due to personal life difficulties, but I would think it's really good massage method.
Anyways, it has been 5 months since I stopped my programme, I eat some boobie nono foods moderately now(such as water melon, ice cream), still have my size and a little more (cause I have gained weight).
Currently, I am 95cm (37.5 inches) and 123 lb. I do about less than a minute knuckle massage in shower, and once a week boobie soup if I can (as maintenance). (even if the wether is hot, I don't drink too much cold drinks, when I do, I drink it slowly--like sipping)
Now I am on a mission to lose weight, I will update when I go back to 115 lb and see if I still have my size.
Since I have stopped my programme, any question is welcome on my programme page if needed. Now I can fill up my 34 D but don't really look big cause my chubby tummy. :-(
P.S. I still drink soy milk everyday just because I like it. :-)

Where do I find chicken feet? Do you have before and after pics of your progress? I would be very excited to see your results. You sound like you were about my size and your size now is my goal.
kieyah, sorry, I didn't take any pictures, if I start my programme again I will take pics, because my upper breasts are not "meaty" so I don't really look big, that's the part I will target on if I start again.
you can find chicken feet at asian supermarkets, green papaya sea bass soup is also very good boobie soup, hitomi (who I learned this method from) grew from B~E from that soup.

Just reveiwed my old post above, on Jul, 6, 06, I gained 7 lb. on weight and nothing boobie-wise( than I lost weight to 117 lb but had kept 93cm until recently, but I never got back to 115 lb), which means I was 122 lb, 93 cm. This morning I weighed myself 121 lb. 95cm overbust, so I am bigger than a year ago on the same weight, that's some growth just on maintenance I guess.
I do my maintence in shower with soap, I use knuckles to make circles around my boobs, then I use left hand to hold my left boobs up and use (right hand) knuckles to massage up and down real fast on my upper breast (between nipple and collar bone), vice versa for right boob, all done in a minute. I still squeeze my boobs like 5 times and 10 times chi massage before bed if I remember. boobie soup once a week if can.
Will see how it goes with my weight lose plan. :-)
P.S. I wonder if ripplu bras have helped my little growth? I have been wearing them for a long time, over six months I think.( I am still wearing the step 1 bras)

Chicken Feet Soup

I'm sorry, I don't judge what you choose to eat but Chicken Feet soup just sounds too awful for me to even try. Is there any way I can work around this with another protein? Why are chicken feet so effective?

Hi, cindyG, you don't need to eat the chicken feet soup, that's just my personal choice, cause I can use the feet soup (broth) to make all kinds of different soups, so I am not eating same soup everyday, that's why I choose it.
There are many other boobie soups to choose from (though not really for westners' taste), such as green papaya sea bass soup, green papaya pork rib soup, green papaya pig knuckle's soup, milkfish soup, naga(wild yam) rib soup,.... the main reason we eat those soups is for collagen/protein intake. Also seafoods are very recommended. You can check food and drink receipes page for boobie foods list and some soups/drinks receipes. Of course you also need to massage for this method to work.

Okay, I'm trying to be more animal-friendly and I found out that Chicken feet soup is good for the gelatin and protein. Do you think Agar Agar, which is used as a kosher gelatin substitute, would work just as well as a regular gelatin? I'm just wondering because I know gelatin is made from animal parts. Any opinions? Thanks.
I would think agar agar would help, I have read some girls in TW's forum eating tremella (snow fungus) a quter bag a day got results, and I have heard of lots women eating that to keep young-looking skin, very popular in TW. also seaweeds(kelp) are recommended. Here is a link from BEboard, a lady taking agar agar semms to work on her.
I have been unable to find an asian market around here. Any other suggestions as to where to maybe find the chicken feet? could they be dried and maybe found in herbal stores or some other place?
Hi, kieyah, the reason we use chicken feet is cause the feet contain gelatin/collagen, barely any fat, you can use pig trotters or pig knuckles to make broth (need to simmer for houres before the broth turns white/beige), then scoop out the fat on top (after chilled in frige, the fat will float on top, and the broth will be like jelly), that's as good as the feet soup (just more time consuming), use that broth to make any soup you like. Or you can use the sea bass (with skin on) to make green papaya sea bass soup, very popular boobie soup in TW.
if you don't take herbs, I would suggest you try to follow the boobie food list (veggies and no-cold drinks), at the food and drinks page, there are some recipes you can check it out.
You can drink soya milk (see chocogirl's page she got growth from soy milk) or avacado milk, papaya milk are all very popular boobie drink in TW.
The soy/potato/walnut recipe is really worth a try, I haven't really tried it "per se",here is what happened, I have been working on weight lose, lost couple of pounds already, and I lost 1 cm boobage. few days ago, I had beef rice ball with mashed potato and corns, I drank my soy milk after dinner (as usual), than had some peanuts as night snacks, drank a little merlot before bed, the next morning I got 1+cm back ( I also gained back 0.5 lb), but I lost the 0.5 lb today and my measurement still 95.5 cm. And you still need to massage.
Or you can take borage oil, vit-E or/and royal jelly to help your growth.

My bradalis bras are too tight now, I wonder if I got bigger or it's just luteal phase, it's 18th day since my period. But it was never this tight before, just checked bradalis website, my size is not available for step 1. I really like bradalis bras, and I am still trying to collect underarm fats, so not ready to move onto step 2 yet.
Not on any programme currently, just my maintanance massage + weekly boobie soup, and do the GY finger massage when I drink my morning coffee (few minutes each side).
Not planning going back to my programme any time soon, but if what I am doing is working, that's really GREAT!! No hassle NBE method for me!! :-)

Do you have any advice for somebody who is starting at 34AAAA? It's amazing how much you were able to grow. I am only hoping for a regular 34A so I look decent. Could you please tell me if you ever had any tingling and pain that many on the forum describe? I have never had any such sensation. I don't really have any change within my cycle either. I don't have the so-called luteal swelling. Anything wrong with me? I started using progesterone cream with USP standard 20 mg each day on the 2nd half of my cycle, along saw palmetto, fenugreek, hops, royal jelly, etc. Any suggestions?

Another thing I meant to ask is that I heard the Chinese style of sweet fermented rice is helpful NBE. Being Chinese, I always knew that women after having had babies tend to eat it with eggs, and it's supposed to help with milk production. Do you know if anyone has tried to eat sweet fermented rice for NBE purposes and had any results?
hi, Sarah, I have read quite a few girls who started with an A and succeeded, tigerlily is one of the best examples. I don't know if you are very skinny, if your BMI is 19 and up might be faster for you to see results.
As for myself, I had never experience any tingling or pain when on my programme. I don't remember I had any luteal swelling in the first few months, as far as I can remember, I started noticing any luteal swelling (only about 1/2 in) after six months on my programme.
Sorry, I can't comment on herbs 'cause I haven't tried any. About royal jelly, I remember the recommended dosage in TW's forum was 4000mg/day, but in that thread, there were girls got resluts from only taking 2000mg/daily. I think I was on 2000mg for a while and felt it gave me more fullness but I wasn't on it for long I think.

About sweet fermented rice with egg, the most successful example is probably the TW star " Tan-shin", she is an F cupper (real boobs). Hitomi tried, she felt it helped. It's quite popular in TW for NBE, too.
I tried sweet fermented rice with egg a few times, didn't like it at all, so I added 1 tbsp. in my soy milk as my boobie drink when on my programme. I like the taste and I think it's helpful.
Let me explain why I think it's helpful,
I have been off my programme about 10 months, I do my 1 min maintanace massage and some boobies soups. I try to eat boobie soup at least once a week, but sometimes I go no soup for more than a week if I am too busy to make any. Even if I am off my programme, I still drink soy milk everyday, and 9 out of 10 times, I add 1 tbsp. sweet fermented rice in my soy milk. I am not on any programme right now, but my boobies are a bit bigger, about 1/2 in so far, my breasts are meatier on the upper top,
and I can't really see the rib bones anymore (my rib bones were very obvious when I got off my programme).
So, since I got off my programme, not really do much in these 10 months, my breasts are a bit bigger and fuller.
So, if you can accept sweet fermented rice, it's worth a try.

Thanks for your input. I will definitely take sweet fermented rice. Although I don't love it, I don't hate it either, so I figure it can't hurt. I will also start drinking soy milk. I don't like the kind bought in stores because I think there is a ton of sugar and probably a million of chemicals in it, so I make my own.
I am still trying to find green papaya.
Could you tell again just how long it took you to start noticing ANY growth at all? I am also close to 40 so I am thinking that my growth will be slow in coming.
It's great that you make your own soy milk, don't forget to massage, it takes both food and massage to work. I remember Hitomi mentioned in her thread, she asked the vendor at the fresh market to order the green papaya for her, maybe you can try that.
I remember I only got better shape after 2 months, but in Mar. 06, the growth was obvious, maybe a whole cup in Mar., so, about 5th month to see real growth coming.
maybe it has something to do with timing????

Hi, Leslie, I prefer home-made soy milk, I used to make it myself before my NBE, but when I was on my programme, I use the store-bought instant soy milk mix to save time.
If I make home-made soymilk I use blender, there is soy milk machine available, but my friend told me the soy milk tasted pretty weak from the machine.
About the push-up, I put both hands against a table or countertop, both feet on ground one-foot apart, and do push-ups as you would on the floor.

Fengshui, I am now ready to devise my owm program based on what I read from your experience. I think yours is the safest and most natural among all other methods, i.e., won't do me harm even if it does not produce any intended result.

I did the pansy club massage in the beginning, but I was never sure if I found the points or not, then Hitomi introduced her massage method (the knuckle massage) in her TW forum, that was easier for me, that's the massage I sticked with. here is the link if you need it.
I went to a mexican market the other day with my friend's mom because her daughter needed chicken feet for a school project. I thought you had to eat the feet...it's just to make the broth? Thank goodness! So, yeah, my question is what does the chicken feet broth taste like? What flavor do they give to the broth? They are super cheap too. $.25 for 2 feet. What is that fermented rice? What makes it different from the traditional sticky white rice? If you add edamame in it will that increase the growth? Do you happen to have a before and after picture by any chance?
No, you don't have to eat the feet, but I would suggest you to cook longer when making the broth in order to get most of collagen out of the feet. The feet broth is pretty much like chicken broth but barely any fat, just full with collagen. The fermented rice is fermented with yeast, it has a wine flavor. I don't know if it will go with edamame, since the original recipe is with cooked egg, I would think it works good with protein.
I don't have any pics, maybe I will post a after picture when I finally get a camera on ebay, keep getting out bidded, haha.

I am trying to devise a plan for boobie growth. I am 5 months post lactating and can't take alot of the popular herbs here that others take. I am just starting to do a little more agressive massages now...Why did you choose wild yam for your booie batter? It does seem to be one that I can use. I know this is probly a stupid question, but what is EVO in the boobie batter?
I thought you could find the femented rice in Singapore? Few replies up, there is this girl Sarah she has it and I thought she lived in Singapore???

Do you mean EVOO? It's extra virgin oilve oil, I added it in for mobility. EPO is evening primrose oil.

Fengshui, thank you for the breastup link. I kind of browse thru the web and learned a little about the Pai-Sa and Gua-Sa. I actually found out about the Gua-sa technique under your arms for BE from Dr.Bra forum but for some reason red dots didn't come out so I stopped doing it. I tried to imagine how to do Pai-sa but couldn't do it so I used the tradition Gua-sa and a lot of bright and darker red dots appeared on my left hand (less on the right) especially under the arms. I also have the "chicken skin dot" (the one she said it's really bad). if I have both then is it consider o.k or is it bad since she said the chicken type needs half of year of treatment. By the way, my arms feel lighter after one session.

I am trying NBE without herbs and just massage. Not sure if I really have enough intake of good boobie food and don't want to mess with chicken feet. I thought I would ask for your opinion. I am taking 1000mg borage oil, geletin pills (for protien) and thinking about adding collegen and royal jelly. I am trying to eat a lot of peanut butter, tuna and nuts, and stay hydrated. Do you have any recommendations for me?
I don't know much about "gua-sa and pai-sa", maybe you can check these two links to get some ideas (you can also ask questions, there are lots of experts on there)
I think both "gua-sa or pai-sa" are helping your "chi" flows and get rid of "blockages", maybe you can try avoid "cold" type foods and cold drinks, eat more "warm" type foods, also drink the "boobie helpful" teas (check food and drink page), see if your condition improves. After doing NBE a while, my cold hands and feet improved a lot, worth a try!! Hope this helps. :-)
Those websites are just talking about the same things--boobies food + massage (or exercises, such as swimming, running, tennis, yoga...). you can find these info on my programme and tigerlily's (plus the food and drink page here), there are couple recipes were posted on TW forums but nobody tried it (nobody metioned they tried), maybe because it's take time to make. When on food + massage method, it's better to use something simple and easy to get so you can stick with it. Nothing will make us grow fast, coz it's takes time and patience. I will find time to translate those two recipes and post them on food and drink page (if I find out what "chin-yi" is, I have no idea what it is.) Good luck on boobie journey!! :-)
I think you can just start with what you listed, should be good. If you don't have cramps during periods and cold hands and feet, it might just work with massage + good nutritions. Maybe you can add soy milk? avocado and asparagus are good, too. Borage oil and royal jelly seem to work for lots of girls on TW forums, if you like sea foods, clams, oyesters, shrimps will be great (once a week should be good, just go to a buffet and get your money worth)
As I remember, royal jelly are recommend 4000mg daily (be4 bed)on TW forum, but there were some girls only take 2000mg and got growth. I don't know if it's ok to take that much, though. Hope you do some reseach on that. ( I think I tried 2000mg royal jelly when I hit the stall last time, got some fluctuations, I didn't take it for long I think, just not a pill-popping-person, hoho) I do remember there were girls said that they respond to royal jelly fast on the Aphrodite's forum. I am really interested in Chi Massage, I've found there are many girls have successfully enlarged their breasts through Chi Massage, I would like to try it as I am a slow grower, and thought it might help to succeed my C cup dream easier and sooner. I've tried to understand the chi massage steps which you posted on your programme, however I've found it hard to understand the technique without any pictures guide as my English is not good enough, just see if you have a link to check out?

I am greatly appreciated for your advice. I remember you said it took you about 2 months to see initial result, what cup size are you now? How long does it take you to achieve the size you are having now?
I think I am 34 D now, but it still veries from bras. I fit all the 34 D 1/2 or 2/3 cups, 34 C soft cups (my boobs will snug out on top) don't fit 34 C hard cup at all.
It has been a long time, can't really remember. I think it took me 2 months to see better shape, six months to be a small D, somthing like that. I am a bit bigger on top now then after I stopped my programme due to weight gained I believe. (7 lb.)

Wow congrats to your result, D cup is great, I wish I could grow mine boobs in short 6 months like you, but I believed I'm an extremely slow grower, it's gonna to be a long journey for me.
The thing worries me most is weight gain, I've gained 2 kg within 2 weeks when I first started NBE........Anyway today is exactly one month into NBE, I haven't gain anymore weight so far, and I hope I won't.
I was wondering do you experience any growing pain or tingling at all while your boobs are growing?
I didn't gained much weight when I was on my NBE programme, because I didn't change my diet much (only tried to avoid no no foods), I had my boobies soups at lunch.
I don't remember ever feel pain or tingling, though. But I did grew.

I really don't know why I put on so much weight in a short 2 weeks as I am hardly ever put on weight, I didn't change my diet, except I started to drink no fat soy milk since I start to take PM, I guess it might cause weight gain????? I started to walk at least 30mins 5 days a week now hopefully I will be back to 42kg soon.
Could you please tell me how to make home-made soy milk? I live in Australia, I can't get soy milk machine, I was wondering can I use blender? (Hope I could get more protein out of home-made soy milk but without gaining weight)
I started the pressure points breast massage with knuckle couple of days ago, refer to Tigerlily explanation of massage techniques, she said need to push down deeply but I found it is very painful, it is normal? or I might have blockages?

There are some girls gain weight from herbs, you can search the forum to see if there is anything you may add to avoid it.
Here is a video link for homemade soy milk, you can also google it for some different recipes. Some westeners don't like the true soy taste (though I love it myself).

You may have blockages or you may do it too hard. Try to do a bit lighter massage until you gradually get use to it.

Sure you can. Actually that's exactly what I meant and have been doing.
Use chicken feet BROTH to make any soups you like.
On my second round, I don't eat the feet any more (just tired of it now), so when I make the feet broth, I cook a lot longer (2~3 hrs.)to make sure that I get most of gelatin/collagen out of the feet, then discard the feet, use the broth as base to make different soups.

I am a good cook, however I am not good at making soups, but I am very lucky, my dad is a chef, I asked my dad to cook some chicken feet soup for me, then he made a big pot of Traditional Cantonese Chicken Feet Soup for me, it about 5-6 days worth, I have been having the soup for the last 2 days, it was so yummy...the soup contains chicken feet, papaya and peanuts. Do you think these ingredients are good combinations?
Where can I get Borage oil? Does it has other names?

Just some suggestions, when you are tired of the plain soup, you can use the feet broth to make egg drop soup, wonton soup, beggi soup, noodle soup,....you know, pretty much any soup using the broth.
Borage oil is starflower oil, you should be able to find it at health stores, even supermarkets.

You are my inspiration and thanks for your great help. I love soups very much, but I can't eat same thing all the time, I'll definitely take your advice, I will use the broth to make something else. Yes, I think it will help but it takes months to reshape, and you need to keep doing the "adjustment" many times a day to keep (scoop in) the fat into cups, eventually the fat will be reshaped. I have something similar to that, but it's not very comfortable, hard to wear it in summer time.

i got hydrolized collagen and borage oil to start your program. but i was wondering do i have to add gelatin to that too, or is that covered in the collagen? also could i substitute the collagen pills out for a protein bar or tuna fish every now and then? thanks for your time!!!!
Thanks, kay. I only use natural/fresh foods for my programme, I don't have experience in collagen/gelatin pills or protein drinks, but it doesn't hurt to try. So here is just my 2 cents. Collagen should be good enough, you don't need to add gelatin, just take up to the amount allowed as the direction (I read somewhere says collagen works better with V-c and calcium?). About the protein bar, I don't know if it will be enough because some people use it to lose weight? (and we are trying to "gain weight" in our boobs), maybe you can try protein drinks? And tuna fish is good, not sure it's powerful enough, though. In my own experience, clams, oysters, mussels,shrimps work better. Once or twice a week should be very helpful, to save, just go to a chinese buffet and get your money's worth. :-)

Those massages seem more like for shaping and relaxing to me. Still good for boobies. Personally, I feel firm massages work better for me.
When I first started my programme in 05' I used baby oil (wash off afterwards), it worked well.
Now I am just experimenting and playing with stuff. Currently I apply a layer of natural blam first (contains borage oil, emu oil....) then use a boobie batter mixed of V-e, flaxseed oil, cocoa butter oil, and epo to do the massage, seems to work.

its me again. i just wanted to make sure that i am doing enough for the program. i am taking 6 hydrolized collagen pills with vitamin c a day (recommended daily dose on bottle). also i am taking borage, fish and flax seed oil (3 in one combination) 1000 mg three times daily, and my daily vitamin. i drink a glass of milk atleast once or twice daily and try to eat protein (steak and chicken i dont like much sea food other than fried clams), and vegges the most i can. i also am taking fenugreek extract 500 mg three times daily cause i heard it may help. i just started this program and i was hoping you could let me know if you think i am doing enough. is there anything i need to add or that i am doing wrong? thank you sooo much for your time! i really appreciate it!
I am drinking the chicken feet soup every day at lunch, and soy milk everyday at breakfast. And 1000mg borage seed oil in the morning and another 1000mg borage seed oil at night. Do you think this will be enough?
It is also affecting my period. Should I quit the borage while on my period?
Your programme seems good, just give it a couple of months to try out. Some people response to very simple programme, even just with soy milk. Make sure you do enough massage, though. Not really length (time) wise, but frequency. IMHO that if you do 10~15 min. in the morning and 10~15min. at night would work better than just do a whole hour at once.
I think you need to take collagen on empty stomach,
here is what I think you can try, take the pills before 20 push-ups (the easy ones, just against a table), then massage, then drink/eat your boobie food (milk or soy milk...).
Just a suggestion, hope this helps. :-)
Chicken feet soup is rich in collagen/gelatin that will help us to grow breasts tissue, something like that.
About borage oil, how bad is it affecting your period? Or is just your body adjusting to it? From what I read in TW forums, they say if you have cramps, keep taking it, if not, you can skip it. I take it when on periods, too even if i dont have cramps. My period does get shorter or longer cycle once in a long while, but most of time they are pretty much on time (28 days).
If you don't feel borage oil is helping you, maybe you can try evening primrose oil, or just stop taking it, the soup may just be enough for you.

Hi, kay, sorry for the late reply.
I really can't tell you how long it would take, because the age, weight, health.... difference. If you're not too skinny (BMI 19 and above), and young (well, younger than me :D), good health (for exemple, regular on time periods, no cramps, no cold hands and feet..), I think if you give it a good two months you should see some changes.
This is just how I feel just from my personal experience on my second round (I think my "blockages" are pretty much gone after my first round I was more strick on boobie food/90% good on no no food), I always feel my breasts fuller or even measure a bit larger the next day if I go to bed earlier, do couple good massages with 1 egg @ lunch and 1 egg @ dinner, borage/omega 3-6-9 before bed/ sometime with 1 tbsp fermented rice the day before.
So, since I don't know your stats, I think may be after 2 months, you don't see much changes, you can try increacing the protein in your diet (personally I prefer natural foods, such as eggs if your health is ok with it) and maybe zinc 30mg+(I get that from enough seafoods), and see if that would help.

P.S. After two months I think it's good to start keeping a boobie journal and see/feel how your body response to what you are eating and doing. Of course it will be even greater with pics for yourself. :-) I also use a "reference bra", because sometime we are growing "volume-wise", it doesn't show on measuring tape, but you can see/feel boobs fill out better.

I am sorry, I don't know which boobie butter you are referring to.
If it's about the mixture, I just use the caps of borage oil, v-e, flaxseed oil, epo, and a bottle of cccoa butter oil I picked up @ walmart. usually I break one each and add in a bit cocoa butter oil.
If it's about the balm, I found it on ebay when I was searching for borage oil, it's not for massage, but I think with all the good stuff in it and it's all natural and home-made, plus good price, so I thought I'd give it try. I apply a thin layer of this balm (see link), then use the mixture above to massage. I feel it's working for me.
Here is the Ingredients: Shea Butter, Mango Butter, Emu Oil, Rosehip Seed Oil, Borage Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Jojoba Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Soy Wax, Natural Vitamin E.

I do think a good massage is more important then what batter you use, but the boobie batter I use now seems to work well even if I only do about 5 min or so massage each time now (just too lazy~~~), i am getting back my boobs from the weight lose (also been drinking that extra-punch chicken feet soup.) :-)

Thanks, Dani. I think if you can get rid of your cold hands, feet and cramps the Chinese NBE menthod will work better and faster (because your "chi" will flow better and less "blockages")
If you use chicken bones or pork ribs to make broth is still good, the cooking time maybe a lot longer to make the broth, though. I make ox tail soups sometimes as my boobie soup (I throw in green papaya in it, tastes good), the broth turns jelly-like after chilled,too. But I have to discard the fat from the broth, it's just too much fat.
Just try to avoid "cold" type foods and drinks, drink the boobie teas (can be found in food and drink page) that will help "chi" flow. Or just make ginger root brown sugar tea will do. If your condition permits, a small glass of hard liquor before bed will also help. I had cold hands and feet while on my first NBE attempt, I still grew, but the progress was slow. it takes time to improve, but it's good for overall health, stay younger in the long run.
Thanks :) it took me about 6 months or so from loose B to small D/full C. The beginning 2 months I only got better shape, not much growth in the first 4 months, the better growth came in at 5th and 6th month, then I hit a stall for a long time, so I stopped my programme in FEB, 07. I somewhat back to my routine Apr. 08, just basically boobie soup everyday with just a little massage (5 min.or so, not even everyday), currently maybe 1.5cm bigger than before. I now try to focus on my left breast (almost one cup smaller than the right one), if they even out I will update pics.
I am a small B right now and would love to be a fullC or small D.
So the only things you really did to increase your size are the massages, Borage Oil, Soy Milk, Boobie foods and most importantly chicken foot soup?
I love chicken foot soup, my mother used to make it, but I do not know how to prepare the chicken feet. Perhaps I will try.

hey there fengshui. i just want to tell you that i've been following most of your routine for myself and it has been the only thing to work for me. it's only been 1,5 months so far and i'm already at a two inch diference! and btw i have to say that you have the absolute most perfect breasts i have ever seen. keep up the great work!
I had the best growth rate when I switched to chicken feet soup + once a week (lots) seafood, and I do think the borage oil gave me a good boost.
Making chicken feet broth is just like making chicken or any other home-made broth. Wash them good and boil them for a good 2~3 hrs. til the broth color is milk-like.
I don't really know what factors, I guess by massage them pressure points, clear the "blockages", so the energy from boobie foods can be "led" to boobs and make them bigger. :)
P.S. on TW's NBE forums, the girls did mention the borage(seed) oil has to be made by "cold press" method, I don't know why, but I made sure I bought the right one.
It's ok,you already take gelatin packs and protein shakes, that should be enough. Green papaya pork-rib soup is also wellknown boobie soup in Taiwan, doesn't has much gelatin but more fat in it. So it's up to how much your boobies can absorb, so in Chinese NBE method to "clear the blockages" are very important.
There is no need to over-eat, or you may gain weight before you gain boobs. Just drink some boobie soups after massage will do. (so the food goes where is "hungry") :)
The key is really "persistence", not eat a lot. Hope this helps.
P.S. I feel do a good massage morning and night even just 10~15 min each time works better than a 1 hr massage one time a day.

Thanks! It's easy to overeat trying to get in all of the things I know are good for growth so I'll try and just be more consistent. I am still trying to figure out the massages, I think I have a pretty good idea what I am doing for the most part, the slapping part confuses me a little,lol.

hey fengshui! i just wanted to add that i, too, struggle with uneven breasts, but that your routine i'm following has really helped with that the most. mine is the right one tho. i massage it for twice as long, if not longer every night and that seems to really work out well. i hope for the best for you

About the shape, maybe it's kinda from knuckle massage? Because I see Tigerlily has a round shape, too.
I do think Bradelis bras contribute a big part of it and some of my growth. I have been wearing Bradelis bras only for more than 2 years and do the "bra adjusting" (see fengshui's bra fitting on reference page) constantly every chance I get.
One massage I think helps filling up my upper breasts is this--
for my right breast, I put my left hand on my rightside tummy, then put my right hand on top of my left hand, then try push (hard) the tummy fat up all the way (over nipple)to my collar bone. Vice versa for left breast. I learned this on TW's forum and it helps. I do it 5~10 times (each side)a day.
I also worry about my arms get bigger from doing massages, so I always rub my arms after massages.
P.S. I think maybe a wider band bra with 2/3 or 3/4 cup design could do something similar like bradelis, choose the ones that two cups are close together type, that will change the "gap" after wearing it for 6 months or so, if not faster.

I have been looking up info in regards to Royal Jelly, it is so easy for me to get. Anyway I was wondering how well you liked it, do you think it was a supplement you would not have wanted to be without or was it an OK add on to you program. I have never used it or know of anyone that used it.. Do you give it alot of credit for your growth? Any input would be great. Also trying some of your massages and pressure points the best I can anyway, I am afraid I am not very good at it and hard to understand sometimes exactly what to do. Ok I bought a bra like you suggest and the style is great! I'm falling out of it! It's really lazyness with me, I should wear 30 band but I tend to wear 32 band non-wired for comfort...no wonder they're going East and West! I think I need to finish with Brava before I can get the maximum benefit from this as I don't think I'll get the new bra on in the morning at the moment, give me another 6 months or so.

I gave royal jelly a try after I hit a stall for a long time, it did give me a bit fullness and growth, I didn't take it long enough to root for it, because I am just not an pill-popping person. Plus I didn't take the amount that was recommended on TW forum (they recommended 4000mg a day, the bottle direction--500mg/cap 1~3 daily, I was taking 2000 mg a day, no guts to really go over). If you are not allergic too bee products, it's a great supplement to add, because I have read good growth rates on royal jelly, lots of girls responded to it fast, so it's worth a try.
Note, I was only on food and massage, so I don't know if it's ok to mix herbs and royal jelly, please get some opinions from the knowledgeable girls on the forum to make sure if it's ok to mix royal jelly and herbs or if 4000mg is a safe amount.
P.S. Maybe you can try out 2000 mg and see how it goes, there were some girls felt 2000mg was working for them.
I was 38 when I tried it, maybe it's not royal jelly to blame that I didn't get a fast boost. Haha.
Yeah, none-wired bras are way more comfortable, but they are bad for shapes. Because lots of girls are using shaping bras for NBE in Taiwan and it really works. I always wear the band a bit tight (with deeper cups) so it can hold the shape of breasts and have them "trained" and grow. I don't know if it's good to wear tight band wired bra with brava, but if it doesn't bother with brava growth, it will help and pay off if you give it time, you do need to keep doing the "bra fitting" every chance you get, though. When used to the wired bras, they are not that bad. :)

My arms are not super big, but bigger than average girls, so I don't look so "delicate" haha, and my big/muscle arm make me look a bit chubby, they are a bit smaller after I lose weight, but still big. XD
After your advice about bras I got a 30DD that I can wear for work (my massive morning swelling just pokes out the top and then throughout the day the swelling reduces until it fits normally) and a 28E out of interest. The 28E fits quite well and I see what you mean about better shape with a tight band, it feels a bit restricting when I first put it on but it's ok and it does 'keep everything together'! It's very exciting to get an E cup even though the cup is similar to a 34C but on a small band. I totally agree about the arms - just not delicate, I realy want to be tiny and delicate with nice boobs but think I've got a bit more work to do.

And while on my weight lose, I took bee pollen (1 tab before bed)because I read on TW forum there was one lady said it will help to keep the boobs on weight lose, I did get to keep my boobs plus a bit more, maybe it helped.

P.S. I don't know why, I haven't been able to find anything like 32 DD/E/F or any smaller band anywhere to try on, I guess there are more skinny girls with big boobs in UK (not that I am skinny with big boobs, hehe) :)

The bras I get in small band big cups are from Freya - it's a designer brand so should be available internationally. Also, have you looked in the 'large cups' or 'fuller bust' section? I always thought I'm so small so I never looked there but that is where these sizes are. Freya bras are cupsizes D-G only but they have an amazing range of band sizes. After wearing the 28E for even a few minutes I swear my boobs are a nicer shape (like yours!).

Yes, tremella is great for skin for sure, it's well-known in TW. I have seen quite a few older ladies with tight and young-looking face all eat tremella reguarly. (have read some TW girls got good results on tremella for NBE also)
Don't know much about fermented foods and yeast problems, but form my own experience, fermented rice did help my NBE, if you read Chinese, you can google these two female TCM doctors (see link), they both recommend fermented rice for NBE. (fermented rice is very popular for breast-feeding moms to produce milk in TW)
Hi Fengshui, I have been searching for Acu-Treat Electro Accupunture as part of breast massage. It is an electronic device that sends electric waves I guess. My chiropractor uses it on my sinus cavities across my cheek bones, just a hand held device that has a small needle in it and sends electic shocks. Anyway wondering if it would help stimulat growth for breasts. If you used it on the pressure points I was wondering it it would help. I found them on sale on the net, anywhere from $79 to $200. Just wondering what your thoughts are on this.

I've never tried any device or read anybody using that kind of device, so I am not sure. If your chiropractor uses it on you and it helps with your problem, I don't see why not trying it with NBE. (it sounds like it could hurt a bit???)
Still, boobie foods play a big part in TCM(traditional Chinese Medicine) NBE programme, and boobie massages are also needed. Hope this helps. :)

I was wondering if there were any teas that I can drink, besides herb teas for growth, that are safe for NBE? I know green tea and black tea have a negative effect, but I love drinking tea and would really like to have a cup every now and then. I can't take the NBE herb teas yet because I consider myself too young to take herbs. So are there any harmless teas that I can drink?
I have a lot of Asian markets around me and bought chicken feet but I wasn't able to find green papaya powder (to make tea). Do you know if it goes my a different name? I saw an online site that sells green papaya at 28 bucks a pound but that sounds like a rip off to me. I love reading your thread. It is very inspirational to me. I have only had chicken feet soup for about a week and I see feel the fullness although it doesn't read it on the measuring tape yet.
And black tea is fine for NBE, just wait couple of hours if you are taking herbs or any TCM tonic.
No need to get paranoid, you can still enjoy green tea once in a while. Or if you like ginger tea, that's helpful for NBE. There are some teas on Food and drink receipe page, maybe you can find something you like. Hope you get to D soon. :)

I have never seen green papaya powder at Asain markets, either, and green papaya fruit is around $0.69~$1.29/lb. depends on season. You can add green papaya to your chicken feet soup, tastes good.

hi fengshui! im about to start with an nbe program and stumbled upon yours. Right now the only thing I have is soy milk that I plan to mix with green papaya powder and I think I asked u in a separate post about where to buy sesame seed powder coz I wanna mix that in my smoothie too. -Where do u buy borage oil? And what do u do with it? Do you take it as a capsule? If so, how many mg a day?
-What do you mean by hot soya? Just soy milk that u heat?

Hi, I bought my borage oil on line (see link), pretty good deal. I took 1000mg softgel, 3 a day with meal the first month, 2 a day the second month, 1 a day the 3rd month. I also used it for massage.

I only drink hot soy milk, for convenience, I use powder soy milk packs, just mix with hot water or my hot coffee as creamer.
I buy fermented rice at asain market, I mix it with soy milk, sometimes I eat it as is. (usually 1 or 2 tbsp. at a time)

hi fengshui..do u eat sugar and how much do you smoke?your diet seems so diciplined as far a carbs and sugar.also did you think you were balanced hormonally previous to starting ?I have some androgen symptoms with fine facial hair on sides of my face starting 6 months ago and i think estrogen dominance.do you think vitex and your program would interfere together?also do u think fish soup has quicker results due to hitomi's experience?
I do consume sugar, not much, but don't try to avoid it, just don't care for sweets too much. Did read it somewhere says too much sugar is not good for NBE, maybe you can search for that. I do smoke a lot, pretty sure smoking and being a night person related to my slow growth. I smoke about 1.5 packs a day.
Not sure if I was hormonally balanced or not, would guess I was, didn't have any symptoms.
Don't think vitex and my program would interfere with each other, it's just food and massage, I think it would be a plus to any NBE programme.
Chicken feet soup and green papaya seabass soup should work the same, feet soup just gives you more varieties because you can use the broth to make any soup you like, so you don't get tired of it. You can just drink them in rotation.

I believe NBE can work without soy, youe list looks good, just stick with your programme, you will gain boobs I am sure.
I would suggest you switching the white tea to black tea if you want to drink it daily, but don't get paranoid, ok? Having "no no foods" occasionally is no problem, making a programme easy enough for you to stick with will bring you to success closer, otherwise you might get frustrated and give up and think NBE would not work for you.
Yes, my main boobie dish is the feet soup ( daily and throw in green papaya when reheating over 50% of the time) and seafood once a week. And besides the soup, I just eat regular meals (just try avoiding no no food if I can)
The soy milk I use is just soy powder packs mix with hot water or coffee, does not contain milk, I basically don't drink (cow)milk.
I don't read Chinese, but I google it and found some recipes online, good thing you mention the sticky rice tho cause they didn't mention that. Anyways I've got some in the pantry so will try it and see how it works. Will let you know, thanks lotts!!

I only used heating pad for a while, don't remember if it helped or not. You can put it on breasts after massage on med~low for 15~20 min.
I used baby oil from the beginning, it worked well. I also tried mixing borage oil with some stuff, here's my reply before, I re-post again.

about the mixture, I just use the caps of borage oil, v-e, flaxseed oil, epo, and a bottle of cccoa butter oil I picked up @ walmart. usually I break one of each and add in a bit cocoa butter oil.
I do think a good massage is more important then what batter you use.

Hey Fengshui, you know I think you growth has been amazing and so inspirational,, but I was just wondering your opinions about PM are? Have you concidered finishing off your routine with PM, if not why? And also what is the major opinion of PM on the TW Forum? It seems like a valuable herb for NBE to me, I have tried it and as soon as I get rid of some winter weight gain, intend to use it again along with your massages, which I have been doing regularly and also happy with the results I am seeing. Would really appreciate you input about PM. Hope all is well with you, take care.
I am very glad my programme can do some help. Did get some PM on Ebay due to Beth's success but never have the guts to take it because not sure if it's okay for smokers (I smoke a lot), and never use FG because worry about the smell (I already smell like cigarettes, haha). But PM does seem to work on lots of girls here, it's worth a try, I think.
PM doesn't seem to be popular in TW (from what I have read), most popular methods are foods, Chinese tonics, EPO, borage oil or royal jelly, all above methods require massages. There is this breast cream seems to work very well with massage but I can't find it in US, it's called "Leini Dahl DNA breast cream", it's cheap, around $7~9 a jar. There are few girls report bad side effects, though, such as fine chest hair growth, messed up periods, headachs,nausea, acne...Overall, most of girls got growth from it. Personally, I am not planning trying it.
If the massages are helping you, you can try eating some boobie foods @ lunch, that way you shouldn't get weight gain from it.
Then try the herbs you want after losing weight.

Thanks for your input Fengshui. I have quit smoking since end of October, mind you I have cheated a more than a few times, but overall, I have quit. I used Champix, doctor prescribed, it worked well, although did have some of the side effects. Very tired first 2 weeks, had a bit of bloating and alittle bit of depression, saddness, which could also be caused from nicotine with drawal, but once I got through that 1st month it was alot better. Over all, I don't think I could have done it without the Champix. But somedays it is still a struggle, cause now I am off the Champix. Didn't want the cigerettes messing with my hormones when I was on PM, cause this is the last try with any herb for me.
Anyway, I remember you mentioning about a pressure point right under the nipple, and your right, it does hurt like a son -of-gun, but I just started doing it gently and progressed with more pressure each time of massage. Anyway I think it has really helped too, if you can get past the initial pain. So i think your massages have helped alot and look forward to starting PM soon, I think they will give me a great start. The food is hard for me to get, but try and get the supplements you have mentioned, royal jelly, liked it. Sooo, thanks for all of the help and I really look forward to your up dates and final pik. I used to massage my breast with borage..but after i stop using for sometimes, the size went back..I thought the oil just give an instand boost to the chest area. Once i stop using it, it went back to same size as the oil wasn't stay long or wat....so i don't understand how will it help?

I took borage oil because some successful NBE stories on TW's NBE forums, so gave it a try. About the same period I started chicken feet soup. I don't know if I grew from borage or feet soup, maybe from both.
Only using borage for massage may not be enough, were you on any boobie foods? It is more likely that a programme exceeds six months for the growth to be permanent.

I look at the recipe u gave. Sound easy and simply. Do I need a special pot to make broth? or any type will do? First time I heard that broth can be stored for a week !!! how much do u drink for a day? Is a small traditional bowl enough for a day?

Hi, just use a regular deep kitchen pot to make the broth.
I drink a bowl of boobie soup a day.
It's the measureing cup I used in the receipe. It really doesn't matter how much water you use. Say you use 28 chicken feet or so to make broth for a week's worth, you can use more then 14 cups of water to boil down to 14 cups, or you can boil it way down to seven cups (just more concentrated). When the broth is done, devide it for seven days, so, if you make 14 cups out of 28 feet, you drink 2 cups a day, if you only get seven cups of broth, you drink 1 cup a day. Of course you can add more water for each serving, as long as you drink the whole thing, you get same "quantity" of collagen for your boobies.
Here are the original threads for that drink you are asking, you should be able to find the ingredients in a Traditional chinese herb shop. (p.s. I have never tried, can't give advice)

You may most likely find it (8-treasure soup) pre-pack in asain supermarkets or TCM herbal shops. It's eight different Chinese herbs.
It will be good for you to consult with a TCM doctor to make the dose exact for you. If you find it, buy one pack to try out, not everybody can accept the taste.

Are you aware of anyone who is pear shape and have achieve sucess from this method? I'm in my 5 months of the method and I'm not seeing any results. I massage, eat chicken feet soup and drink soy milk daily (with the exception of lots of seafood I'm basically following your method), but beside acne and weight gain I've not seen any improvement to the bust line. I'm pear shape (gain weight in stomach, hips and thighs) and wonder if this is the reason for my lack of success? I've start to take borage oil to see if this will help, but it's really discouraging to put in nearly 6 months of effort and not seeing any payoffs. Should I drink more chicken feet soups and be stricter with my no-no foods? I would really appreciate your advice.

I did tests and I am both yin yang , what does this mean? I do massage every day, and I'm having pain is this normal?
