My stats are 27" under bust, 33" at bust making me 32A. I am 5'10" and weigh 57Kgs. I'm a vegetarian/non smoker. I need to gain some weight to put on at the right areas...any suggestions abt the food. I'm strictly veg.

I have just started my program 2 days ago and would like to get any suggestions as i want to have good results soon, getting married in 8 months! and am reallyyyy flat!

I have started taking fennel one teaspoon 2 times a day (with honey), saw palmetto(450mg)caps 2 times a day, Flax oil caps(1000mg) 2 times a day and Vit E twice a day.

I also have started massages with Cocoa butter (with Vit E) twice daily.

I read the note to newbies n am following it.

Please give me any suggestions to speed up the growth!!

Well....

My new stats are 34-26-39 and according to the bra calculator, i'm a 32 B!! Yayyy...2 inches so far but on a 32, it looks just like fullness, nohting more. I've never had a goal i wanted to reach but now I guess would be good time!

I'd like to be a 34 C that means 3 more inches of growth!! I keep trying the calc to see how much more i need to grow!! Only hope :)

Anyways...

I started Vitex+SP+FG+GB twice a day...

A i massage every other day for past few days...and i measured last on the 5th day of my period, which was i think when you've the smallest!

I'm optimistic!

Heyy,

I m writing after long time i feel.

I made it to 35 inches bust. according to bra measuring site, i m 32C but i dont feel like it :(

Anyways, ive fallen sick n havent taken any herbs or massages for say 4 days now. I plan to get back to it soon. but guess this serves as a good break from herbs.

I'm glad BE is working on me, i'm so damn happy :)

Cheers to everyone trying!!
