Yesterday I added Saw Palmetto as a part of my routine. I take 1 SP pill in the evening. I'm planning on gradually increasing the dosage, however, I'd like to see whether it will make a difference first.
I measured myself a week ago and I am 32.5' naked on my breast, whereas at the beginning of my routine I used to be 32' with my bra on. So, I guess I am growing!
It's been a week since I stopped taking fenugreek. I smelled weird after taking it, so now instead of taking fenugreek I am taking 2 SP, 3 nuperk, 1 flax-borage oil capsules.
I am also using Avalon firming lotion for my massages. Next week planning on measuring and taking pictures.
It's been a few weeks since I changed my program. I don't use DHEA/Progesterone cream anymore, since I noticed that my upper lip hair started to grow darker, and so, I had to bleach it and stop using the cream (I believe it was DHEA's androgenic effect). So, my current program is as follows:
Morning:
2 Borage+Flax pills
1 Hair+Skin+Nails supplement
1 SP
1 Nuperk
I also use Avalon Organics toning cream to message. Actually, I use it on my thighs and butt, and so I noticed that my stretch marks are fading away.
Once I run out of Nuperk, I am going to order Wonderup.
I ran out of Nuperk a few weeks ago. Now I am only taking Flax+Borage Oil capsules and Skin, Hair and Nails supplement. I still do my massages. I ordered 4 bottles of Wonderup yesterday. I'm planning on measuring myself before I start.
I measured myself yesterday and I was 33 inches around my naked breast. I was pleased with the results, however, I think that I am a slow responder because it took me 4,5 months for this growth to take place. I also took the pictures. Seems like my smaller one (right) is getting rounder.
On Jan. 19th, 2007 I started the new program. Now I am taking 6 WU pills and 3 hair/skin/nail supplement pills. This is my stats at the beginning of this new program:

Fortunately, with my old program I've grown 1.5 inches. I still wear 32B bra. Hopefully, with WU I finally will need a new bigger bra.
For the first time in my whole NBE journey I got the growing pains! yay! I measured yesterday I am 33.5 inches. I've made a few alterations in my program:

Right after my ovulation (day 16 of my cycle), I start massaging with Wild yam cream. I only use it for two weeks, before my period. I think it really makes a difference.
I also ordered DIM-plus. We'll see if it's going to help me.
I've come up with idea, that maybe I should NOT take WU during my period. My period usually takes about 3-4 days, and starting this month I am going to take a break from pills during my period.
