Updated Program

December 31 2006, 5:57 PM

Here is my current program. I think I am taking too much of everything and stalling. I only recently started taking this high amount of herbs, and some things I only recently added. Still, I think I am overloading on phyto-estrogens. For this reason, I will probably do a break and a cleanse at the end of this cycle and then start over with a new program.

Fenugreek approx. 3000 mg / day

Fennel 1440 mg / day (just added)

Wild Yam 1275 mg /day (just added)

Saw Palmetto 1170 mg / day

Vitex 1200 mg / day

Damiana 1200-1600 mg /day (just added)

Ginseng 600 mg / day (just added)

Royal Jelly 200 mg /day (just added)

Horsetail 1500 mg / day (just added)

Gelatin 2-4 caps per day

1-2 protein shakes daily

Massage 2 times a day with mirmfem cream, fenugreek extract, cocoa butter and vitamin e.
