| Hello all--
Starting Dec. 10 '06, this will be my daily program:
3050 mg Fenugreek
2700 mg Saw Palmetto
3000 mg Evening Primrose Oil
2400 mg Flax Oil
3000 mg Wild Yam
Also I'm taking a multivitamin and a calcium supplement.
I walk about a mile or two every day plus dance several times a week. I practice Somersizing for weight loss/maintenance (www.SuzanneSomers.com) and will be on Level Two for NBE.
Currently a 32A/AA I would guess, but I usually wear a 32B that is strategically padded.
Starting circumference is 35". Height: 5'9, Weight: 140 pounds, BMI is around 21%.
If anyone has any similar stats I'd be interested in knowing.

That seems like an awful lot to be taking when you're first starting out. Taking too high of doses at first can cause you to stall. It would probably be a good idea to start out with small doses and ramp up slowly as needed. |

Oops, you're right....and looking back on it, not sure where I got those numbers from. Oh well. It will help when my herbs actually get here. :-) Will post revised schedule then...

These are spaced out at 6:30 am, 2:30 pm and 10:30 pm. Also taking calcium supplement and multivitamin. I'm going to run with this for now but may drop the Wild Yam and may sub Nettle Root for Saw Palmetto and Fennel for Fenugreek for smell/weight gain if needed. Currently massaging with Palmer's Cocoa Butter oil with vitamin E.
Hopefully this will be a good plan but I'm expecting a lot of tweaking.

Hola,
I'm happy to report that things seem to be going well. Can't say that I've grown much, if any, but I feel heavier and fuller and maybe I'm imagining it but my bras don't seem to have as much space. Woohoo! I wasn't expecting anything yet as I only started herbs (just Fenugreek and Saw Palmetto) on Dec. 10, but I'm just really thrilled that I'm not having any side affects, except that my period was 2 days early but that may or may not be related. But hey! No PMS and negligible cramps. My periods have been regular but sometimes painful lately so this was a great thing. The thing I was most afraid of was the smell from Fenugreek, lol. Since the 10th I've added new herbs every couple of days it seems since that's when they arrived (I ordered most of them online). My regimen hasn't changed however I'm not on the Barley yet as it's still en route.
I am responding really well to the massage. I've been doing the first massage technique on Pansyclub's page twice daily with Palmer's body oil with vitamin E. I think this is what's responsible for my perceived plumpness but it is hard to find time to do these massages. Oh well. When I measured last night I was 33.75" but I'm not sure if I measured accurately when I got my original number of 33". The reason is I didn't have the proper measuring tape (you know, the flexible ones used for sewing, not the man's version) and I had to make do with a string around the bust and then placing that next to a traditional tape measurer. So it *may* have been accurate I suppose but I'm not really counting it just because it seems impossible to have acquired 3/4 inches in 12 days! I'm wrestling with this idea because I took my sweet time and tried to do a good job with the string...so on the one hand it seems accurate, but on the other, can massage really increase your size that quickly? Wow! I do notice a difference though. I was measuring 34" before my period, then on day 6 of my cycle had only "lost" 1/4 inch so that's not bad.
My plan is to continue like this until about late February and then reevaluate whether I'm doing well, need to increase dosage, and/or do a milk thistle cleanse and start again. My fears? The Fenugreek Smell. Weight gain, although I'll tolerate that unless it's intense. Messing with my cycle in undesirable ways. Breakouts! Ugh. So far so good, but I'm taking it one day at a time. :-)
Here's to weight gain in selective areas only!

Some fun info...I totally fill the one 34A bra I own. Yay! I fit in it well before but I'm more comfortable in my 32Bs now. The tape measurer isn't really reflecting any growth although I do measure most days just because I'm curious to monitor my fluctuations. It reminds me that ups and downs are totally normal and not to be feared. My mantra is "NBE is a journey...."!
Anyway, I seem to be growing around and not out yet but there is a definite difference. I'm trying not to be too focused on the numbers and am trying to go more by bra fit and feel. They feel a lot plumper and bigger since I've started massage and for the first time the last 2 or 3 days I've had the slightest tingles/armpit pains. YES! They're so slight I questioned if was my imagination but they're stronger now so I guess not. So something is working right, and I'm thankful for that!

Last month when I got the measurement of 33" I was well into my luteal phase--didn't know what that was then, but now that I do, it explains why I went down a bit from that after my period. That was on day 20 of my cycle. From now on I'll post my measurements as they are at about day 5. Even so, I'm measuring a steady 33.5" and it's day 19, again in the luteal phase. So hopefully that's something.
The other thing is to clarify my massage regimen. I'm still basically doing the same stuff on the first page from Pansyclub with three differences: 1, I do 20 seconds more of massage on my righty on almost every technique, 2) I only do the upper part massage (the one where you hold the breast up and stroke inward on the top part of the breast) on the right breast and 3) I add 1 minute rotations to the lefty and 80 seconds on the righty. Just FYI, should anyone want to follow my program or if I forget what I'm doing!
When (not if!) I get to a full B or *drool* a small C I'm treating myself to a decadent Victoria's Secret bra.

Added 1000 mcg B-12 daily and moved my nighttime hops dosage to afternoon. I'm still taking the same amount of hops but I think it was making me sleep too long so I just rearranged it. Doesn't make me more tired during the day though.

Today is day 6 of my latest cycle and I'm measuring a bit over 33 1/2". I was right around 33" (maybe a smidge more) at the beginning of my last cycle so this is encouraging! I've hovered right around 33 1/2" since my last luteal phase and I'm thrilled that I didn't lose the inches when I got my period. It's not like I look bigger yet really but sometimes I think I can see it. It will be exciting to see what happens this next month!

Hello,
This is my current program, as of about a month ago:
*1830 mg Fenugreek
*1500 mg Vitex
*1000 mg Flax Seed Oil
*1000 mg Fish Oil
*1000 mg Wild Yam
*1000 mg Barley Grass
*930 mg Hops Flowers
*800 mg Soy Lecithin
*480 mg Fennel
*405 mg Alfalfa
*1000 mcg B-12 and regular multivitamin
To summarize, I dropped the saw palmetto, and added the soy lecithin, fennel and alfalfa. I think I need more estrogen and the saw palmetto was making me always wanting to snack. :-) I don't think it was particularly benefitting me anyway.
I'd grown pretty well on my first program, but since I've changed it, I've had the most pains ever. I can really see some new growth and it's great!! What's even better is that I'm on day 4 of my new cycle and I can't tell that I've lost any swelling at all. My progress seems to be very slow, but I can handle it. I'm between an A and a B cup now. It's not that my boobs are ready to be a B yet, but A bras are totally uncomfortable. This is hard to describe but it's like the A cups aren't wide enough. They're fine as far as outward space goes but that's it. In all my B bras (except for one which is HUGE--I think it's actually a C and was mislabeled) I fill out the bottoms and sides fine (they're touching the fabric at least) but have a long way to go up and out.
I've given up tape measuring; it's a mess! I don't think I'm doing it right because my measurements are all over the place. For now I'm going to just eyeball it and note how well I fill bras. I will take a picture soon when there's enough growth to be seen.
Sorry for all the edits on my previous posts. I simply combined all the information into fewer posts to make this page less cluttered. If we're ever able to delete our own posts I'll clear them off and it'll look really nice. :-)
I'm so excited about my NBE so far. My boobs are growing, and the herbs are helping PMS symptoms a lot!

Changes: Ran out of Wild Yam, so I figured I'd try without it for a while and see what happens; added one more Hops a day. I had a lot of pains my last cycle so that is encouraging, but for some reason it's giving me acne on my chest, ugh! I'm going to keep running with it for now though and see if it settles down. My growth is SO slow (or is it just my imagination?) that it's driving me crazy. I REALLY want to continue giving the herbs a good try so I'm praying for patience. I'm tempted with BB/BO but I'm a little scared of it and honestly, I haven't exhausted my herbal options yet so I'm going to stick with it for now. My massage routine has taken on a change....I've been insanely busy and instead of my regular twice-daily sit down massages, I've had to massage on the go. I do it anywhere and everywhere I can all day long: in the car, in the shower, watching TV, talking on the phone, reading, etc. Soon things will settle down and I can go back to giving my boobs better attention but at least this way I'm getting a minimum of 15 minutes massage a day. |

Cutting down to two 500 mg tablets of Vitex a day, so that's 1000 mg daily instead of the 1500 mg. Just want to see what happens....I think 1500 might be a little high, and I want to see if I will still feel good with regards to PMS on less mgs. Still been getting pains....

Went out of town this week and almost totally slacked off of my massages but kept up with the herbs....most of my growth disappeared in a matter of 3 days. :-( So if massages were the only thing making me think I was growing (after 5 months!) I'm going to stop the herbs and try BO. Maybe I haven't been doing the herbs right, but after much thought, I just have to know if BO will work for me. If it doesn't, I'm going to try the herbs again.
My plan is to:
1. Do a week long liver cleanse consisting of 480 mg Milk Thistle a day.
2. Lose about 3 pounds (all of which is conveniently settled in my thighs).
3. Track my waking temperatures for a while to see if it's high enough for BO. If it's not, start on kelp, iodine, and/or L-tyrosine until it is high enough.
Still researching which brand of BO to try. DNE is looking good. I can't afford BB at this point. Will keep everyone updated!

I am starting my DNE-brand BO routine today. During the day my temperature is finally in the 98.2-98.9 range, even though my basal is still low, but I think it'll be ok. I'm going to start off with 1500 mg a day. This is my routine:
Morning, with breakfast:
150 mcg Kelp
500 mg DNE BO
Afternoon, with lunch:
150 mcg Kelp
500 mg DNE BO
Night, with dinner:
150 mcg Kelp
500 mg DNE BO
1000 mg Fish Oil
1000 mg Flaxseed Oil
Calcium, Multivitamin, 1000 mcg B-12
Going to try to do a once a day 20-30 minute massage, and eat lots of protein. Wish me luck!

Hi all,
It's been way too long since I was on here! A lot has happened. I originally started 1500 mg of DNE BO but stopped after 2 months because 1) some health issues, and 2) acne!! The health issue (an ovarian cyst) is being treated with BCP (the idea is to stop ovulation so that the cyst doesn't keep growing every month). I started the BO back up again on July 24. I got plenty of pains on 1500 mg of BO, but they tapered off to pretty much nothing after the first month or so. I have gotten pains on 1000 mg of BO as well, and though not as strong, they seem more steady.
Now that I think it's safe to start pumping myself again with BO :-D, I'm going to see if I can grow ok on just 1000 mg. Hopefully that will help with the acne too. The acne is better than how it was my first round, but if it doesn't improve and I'm not growing enough I may seriously consider dropping the BO. But I hope between the lower dose of BO, the Yaz, and maybe some Saw Palmetto that all will be well.
This is my current program:
Yaz bcp
1000 mg DNE BO daily
300 mcg Kelp daily
1000 mg Fish Oil
1000 mg Flaxseed Oil
Multivitamin, B-12, calcium
No time or patience for massage!
Gonna give the Yaz a little time to kick in (only just started it Sunday). I hear it can take 30-60 days before your skin clears up. If the acne is not doing well after then I will try taking Saw Palmetto. But if the acne is better I will think about upping the dose of BO to 1500 mg if I don't see any growth or feel many pains.

Added Saw Palmetto (900 mg daily) and the acne is doing better this last week or two. Still going to watch it before I up my BO dose. I'm getting some pains and am seeing a little bit of growth, yay!
