Boobies06's Personal Program

Due to some changes in my program (I've only been on it since yesterday, so nothing major) my official starting date will be tomorrow, December 22, 2006. My personal program consists of the following:

1. Herbs
I take the following herbs twice daily (in the morning and evening). The measurements in parentheses show how many milligrams I took in the entire day.

Fenugreek (2440 mg)
Saw Palmetto (2160 mg)
Wild Yam (2000 mg)
Borage Oil (4000 mg)
Gingko Biloba (240 mg)

I'm only taking gingko biloba for blood circulation purpose, which I understand helps NBE.



2. Massages
I massage three times a day with Tiger Lily's method. I do this in the morning, afternoon, and before bed. I use the cocoa butter from the Vaseline Intensive Care brand. I don't know too much about the ingredients, I just know that it includes vitamin E.



3. Diet
I am completely dropping caffeine from my diet. I am also going to attempt to consume more fiber and maybe some soy products. I haven't bought these things yet, so we'll see if this remains part of my program.



4. Hypnosis
I listen to the hypnosis sessions from blaketalks.com every night, usually before I go to sleep.



Well, lets hope this works!

Okay. So I've decided to not use borage oil for my first month. I'm gonna start with the three basic herbs and the gingko biloba and see how it goes.

Second Shopping Trip

Update: I've only been massaging once a day. At first I did it twice a day, but was having trouble making it to work on time in the morning, so I stopped. Now I do it after I take my afternoon shower.

I'm also going to drop the gingko from my routine, because it turns out my circulatio is fine and it costs too much if I don't really need it. I'll continue to take the ones I have until they run out, but I won't be buying anymore of it.

I'm going on my second shopping trip soon (either today or next weekend, depending on how my plans turn out today). This is what I plan on buying:

Fenugreek
Saw Palmetto
Wild Yam
Red Clover
Either PABA (to speed up the growth process) or GABA (to produce more growth hormone)
Borage Oil
Phytoestrogens
Soy Isoflavones
Progesterone Cream

Yes, I know it's a huge list, but I'm trying to arrange using these ingredients in a way that won't make them seem so much.

So here's how my routine is going to go:

Morning:

FG
SP
WY
RC

And maybe I'll massage. According to my menstrual phases, I'll be massaging with cocoa butter and Borage Oil, or with Progesterone Cream and Borage Oil.

Afternoon:

Two capsules of Soy Isoflavones
Two capsules of PABA
And two capsules of phytoestrogens

Night

FG
SP
WY
RC

And massage. I'll also use a heating pad.

Listen to hypnosis sessions.

Oh, and I'll also be attempting to gain weight, because I've lost about nine pounds and am down to 93lb. I think I'm definitely less than 10% body fat.

Here are the measurements of the daily herb amounts:

Fenugreek (2440 mg)
Saw Palmetto (640 mg)
Red Clover (1720)
Wild Yam (2000 mg)


I'm a little concerned about how low my SP dosage is, but the man at the store convinced me to get a more expensive bottle because it supposedly is derived STRAIGHT from the SP berry and the other one isn't as strong. It's supposed to be better quality.

And I also got the strongest type of PABA, so I'm only going to take on tablet daily.

Tomorrow I will start taking a soy protein shake twice a day, mainly for weight gain purposes.
