Alright, I decided I'd post up what I'm doing in hopes that it would keep me going with it. I'm extremely bad at taking pills regularly and I'm the most unhealthy eater I know. But as you know, the thoughts of actually having boobs can make you do a lot you normally wouldn't do. We'll see how long I can do this for...
Protein Shakes:
One in morning with flaxseed oil added.
Massage at night with body oil for now - plan on buying progesterone cream soon.
Push-ups along with other exercise (when I have time to fit it in) or alone before/after massage.
Plan to add soon:
borage oil, kelp, nettle, and hopefully chicken feet soup.
Well I'm pretty sure that I know why I never developed. At 15 I was diagnosed wth Crohn's Disease (similar to IBS or Ulcerative Colitis) and so all my life I have been really tiny (see stats). After having been put on all sorts of medications, I grew 1-2 inches (in height) in the past couple of years and filled out (as in- more meat on my bones) as well. I have switched medicines since that time, and no more growing has been done. I have not noticed any difference in my boobs since I was about 15, so I'm guessing I am done, but who knows. If anybody knows that my program I am on now will ruin it for a possible VERY late bloomer, let me know. But they are just herbs, so I don't see how it would make a difference. So there's my explanation on my microscopic size.
My goal is to increase hopefully 2 inches. Any progress whatsoever would be absolutely wonderful, but I have learned in my life which has been spent in and out of hospitals since I was a baby, DON'T get my hopes up, but continue with positive thoughts. If I can wear a bra, or wear a bikini, and not look like I'm 8 years old, that would be great. But it's a little embarrassing going on vacation with extended family and seeing the 13 year old with bigger boobs than you.
So buy the end of June 2007... PLEASE give me ONE inch!!!

I ended up posting my before pictures. I have a few people in this house that like to use my laptop when I'm not around, and there's really no way to hide the pictures. So I sent them to Eve, and deleted them from my computer. I will post either a two month or three month next.
Just received my Origins Cocoa Butter Therapy through the mail which I found 50% percent off retail price on eBay.
It contains vitamins A, B, C and E plus Potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Calcium, and Copper. I will be using it for massaging before bed.
I should be receiving my borage oil in the mail in the next week or so, but here is my soon to be massage plan:
MORNING:
Borage Ointment/Cream - Quick Massage/Rub In
AFTERNOON:
Vitamin E Oil, maybe a little Cocoa Butter - Rub In
NIGHT:
Cocoa Butter followed by Vitamin E Oil - 5-10 minute massage
Tomorrow will be my 2 week mark, I will post another message then. I think the cocoa butter is already showing plumpness (used it once yesterday late afternoon and a late night long massage). Will know for sure tomorrow.
FULLNESS
So it's not an exciting one, but it's only been 2 weeks. Yesterday morning I noticed more fullness after using my Origins Cocoa Therapy body butter, and I used it again twice yesterday, once early in the day and again for massage at night, followed by Vitamin E oil. The fullness isn't there anymore though. I will continue use because one day is obviously not enough to judge. I will give it a good month before it becomes regular after-shower lotion for my legs.
PAINS
Some pains in my left breast, but I'm thinking it's from massaging too hard. It's been there for a few days now and is located right beneath the nipple (deep inside the breast tissue, all the way to the surface/nipple area), so maybe too much pressure in that area. My right breast only has pains after a long massage, which is contiributing to my belief that the pains are from massage only. Again, it's only been 2 weeks and this is not enough to know.
SIZE INCREASE

I should be receiving my borage cream and SP capsules in the mail within the next week. Once both have arrived, I will update my program.
The smell of my cocoa therapy body butter makes me crave cocoa krispies cereal. :)
Pills are separated by AM, NOON, EVENING, PM - taken 4 different times of the day.
Massages are done with Origins Cocoa Butter Therapy at night and Borage Oil/Ointment in the morning.
Eating habits still aren't great but I've still completely cut out fast food, and tried to eat more proportioned meals. Protein Shakes occaisionally, NO "junkie" foods. Still smoking less than half a pack a day.
Having some problems with Crohn's Disease... and I'm thinking it's the herbs. Possibly either Saw Palmetto or Fenugreek. I increased the dose of Fenugreek and added Saw Palmetto about 4 or 5 days ago. I read about side effects for Saw Palmetto and it looks like it causes gastrointestinal discomfort which is not a good mix with Crohn's.
My plan: I'm not taking the SP tonight, or tomorrow night, or tomorrow morning. I will re-add it to my program Thursday night, Friday morning and night, and then off again on Saturday. We'll see if it causes a quick flare. If it does... I suppose I could try nettle?
I decided not to add Saw Palmetto back into my program. It's not worth risking. My managers at work are already angry enough for me leaving twice because of Crohn's (not my fault, I know. I work with some crabby people). I decided to go ahead and buy the Stinging Nettle Root on my next herb shopping day (Feb. 6th - Vitamin World) as it has anti-inflammatory properties anyway, and claims to reduce the need to use anti-inflammatory drugs by as much as 50%. This could be killing two birds with one stone! I will also be buying a few herbs that may help with my crohn's symptoms (meadowsweet, hops) and hopefully this will take care of the problem. Wish me luck!!!
I do not know if I have grown. I do not think that I have grown.... I just think that I should never work at Victoria's Secret doing measurements because I would make a lot of girls unhappy.
This measurment was taken with a tank top on, built in bra (thinner than a sports bra) and the back of the measuring tape would line up with the back on the tank top so I knew it was straight.
This is going to be my new* starting measurement because I really don't feel I have grown yet, and that I just suck at measuring.
GROWTH/FULLNESS/PAINS
Still no signs of any growth and no fullness yet. I am beginning to have pains in my right breast now after having it in only my left for the past week or two. I started massaging with EPO last night, and did the massages on Pansyclubs Massage Page, and that has me a little more sore (do not know if it's from pressure or growth). Hopefully by adding Stinging Nettle Root Extract by next week, I will see some changes in growth, and with my recent problems with Crohn's.

On Feb. 16th I will be adding in Fennel.
On Feb. 23rd I will be adding in Red Clover.
On Mar. 2nd I will be adding in Thyme.
**I will continue adding in new supplements such as Fiber Force and Folic Acid along the way.
**I will be drinking Green Tea one or two times a day (morning and afternoon) and Chamomile Tea at night (this is mainly to calm down my Crohn's).
**I will be using mainly EPO oil to do my massages (Pansyclubs massages + Chi Rotations). I also use my Origins Cocoa Butter Therapy to do quick rotations when I have no time for massage. If my Borage Oil ever gets here, I will use that as well.
**I will update my program dosages after most have them have been added and ramped up to normal dosage.
**If things are looking good, I will post a two month picture, but it may end up being three months. Depends if I have a "growth spurt". I want my pictures to look good next to each other! :)
Added BGP to my program - one in the morning and one at night.
Bought this before finding this forum, and I have two bottles that I don't feel like throwing away. So I'm just going to start taking the minimum dose.

Just took a one day break yesterday out of laziness. I had added back Fennel but it is positively giving me problems with Crohn's and I just took it out again, took a break, and now I'm back on track without the Fennel.
I will give a full update about half-way through March, and possibly add updated pictures (might wait till month three).
Finally, finally, FINALLY I am having a lot of tenderness, heaviness, and plumpness. Not looking a whole lot bigger, but am seeing a little difference, and according to the tape measure I have grown an inch! : P
Let's hope it stays for good!!
I'm taking time off now - I have been off herbs for a couple of weeks. I will go back on them when I'm not feeling so lazy. My goal before was to have A cups by swimsuit season- which gave me five months. I have one month left and nothing has happened and it wont happen in that amount of time so I have no motivation right now. I do hope to continue eventually with the herbs, or possibly wonderup, and maybe I will have better luck since I have quit smoking (Yay for me!).
