REASON FOR THE CAYENNE: For better circulation of my blood flow and to
aid my body's consumption of the other vitamins
REASON FOR THE FIBER: To cleanse my colon which allows my body to
completely absorb the vitamins
REASON FOR THE CALCIUM: St. Herb recommended to drink lots of milk for the
calcium benefits. I don't like the hormones used
in cow milk and I've heard that Goat milk makes
you gain weight easy, so I went straight for the
calcium itself.
REASON FOR MASSAGE: Just in case you other girls are right about it
influencing my shape. I guess it also helps my
blood flow.
REASON FOR REGULAR All my hope is in my internal intake. I believe
LOTION: that anything topical would be an unnoticeable
drop in the bucket compared to what I consume.

Also consuming four tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil for my skin, hair, and nails - do not know if it has any affect on my breasts.
Decided to stop the lemonade diet, today. To taper off, I will drink only juice, today. Tomorrow is juice and soup. The third day off is juice, soup, fruits, and salads. Went back on my vitamins today. Never stopped massaging while on this detox.
