I'm new to this. Done a lot of research on this site, so for now, here's my plan & starting measurments.
I'm 29, 2 pregnancies/breastfed. Currently 129 lbs, 5'3".
Ribcage: 28"
Breast: 34 3/4"
Size 32C
(I just recently realized I was wearing the wrong size bra, a 34B, so saying I'm a 32C sounds really big, but I'm not. I'll post "before" pics as soon as I get them taken).
I will be starting on WU as soon as it comes, 2 tab/2x day
flax seed oil

Ginko biloba/cayenne "circulation booster" supplement
protein powder/shakes
I will do massage 2x/day 5min. Still reading about massage to decide exactly how I'll do it. I tried some yesterday, and I actually had a little milk come out--I finished nursing my baby girl just after her birthday at the end of March, so I was shocked that I still have milk 6-7 weeks later!!!!!! So I don't know if I should keep the massage to a minimum to begin w/ to give my body time to dry up???
