I fit an A cup, but look very small (large shoulders)!


Started ND liquid two weeks ago and am very happy with that choice thanks to Wahaika's response in Sophie's bleeding thread (http://www.network54.com/Forum/371678/thread/1181801296/last-1183415027/Bleeding+-+I+know+it+has+been+discussed%2C+but+I+dropped+an+herb+and+started+bleeding.+Help-)

I take 3 droppers on empty stomach in the morning before breakfast and massaged with WU cream
Sometimes I 'feel' my breasts and they look a bit firmer and rounder but measurement is a little smaller than before starting 85,5 cm), I hope this means they are firming before growth

The last two days I massaged each breast with 4 drops of ND and aloe vera gel and that gives more tingles, I don't feel like WU cream is doing anything, so I will stick with ND

Also changed bcp to yasmin and I wonder if I still should add extra saw palmetto?

Still take 3 droppers of ND liquid before breakfast, and added 2 SP and 2 fenugreek pills in the evening. I measure 87.5 cm now! As the ND is expensive, I'm going to give individual herbs a try

From tommorow, I will start taking individual herbs:

3 times daily:

FG: 610 mg
SP: 1080 mg
Fennel: 480 mg
Blessed thistle: 390 mg
Dong quai: 565 mg

I also ordered borage oil, will ad it when it arrives

Period just finished and i measure 88 cm now. However, I seem to be gaining weight so I'm going to replace saw palmetto with nettle root + spearmint thea and lower the fenugreek (2 caps instead of 3) and increase the fennel (4 caps instead of 3).

Goat's rue arrived, fingers crossed...

I'm thinking of ordering ND liquid again as I'm gaining weight on the seperate pills (and I did not on the liquid, very strange!)

Current routine:
90 drops of ND liquid
2.5g Saw Palmetto
2 pills goat's rue (half of the recommended dose)
Lost 1 kg (one more to go to have the same weight as before I started) and measure 90 cm now, but my period is coming within a few days so I hope I don't lose it.

I also taking natureday and every other internal herb and immediately lost 2 pounds, another 2 pounds would be more than welkom. After some initial growth, I quit growing with them anyway.



I'm almost using the BB for 1 month now. And I'm using it for 50 minutes a day on the plump program.

Measurements: under breast: 76 cm
Above before: 88-89 cm
After BB (9 PM): 93 cm
Day after (7.30 AM): looks like I lost everything but I still measure 91 cm!

If I could be 92 cm after this cycle I would be very happy (at the first of december, I do a one or two week break and start a new cycle, up to at least 93 cm!)
