Lola9's Wonderup Program

Of course I stumbled onto this forum site after I blew a couple hundred $$ on Breast Actives (ignorant victim of compulsive spending and their phony review site). After reading as much as I could here, I decided to give Wonderup a shot. I've purchased 6 months supply of pills and cream, and if, after that time nothing has happened I will try something else. I'm making the 6 month commitment and will continue on as long as I get any growth. After I grow as much as I'm going to, or am happy with my size, I'll use the Breast Actives for maintenance dosing.

So . . . about me.
I did just about everything you could possibly do wrong during puberty in the context of NBE. I was a total sugar junkie, naturally very thin, very very active with hardly any body fat, and I started smoking near the tail end of puberty (16-ish). I consider this NBE program my second shot at puberty--to correct any mistakes I may have made. I'm willing to believe there is such a thing as 'potential' for your breast size, lol.

Currently, I'm a 34A although I can sometimes fit into small 32Bs. In all actuality, if they made a 33A size bra--that would be me. Too big for a 32 A to be comfortable, but not quite a full 34 A. My realistic goal with Wonderup is to achieve a 34 B, (but my dream goal is a 34 C. I am currently 27 years old, 5'5", and around 120 lbs.

Program Stats

* 2 Wonderup Pills 3x day
* 1 borage oil capsule 2xday
* multivitamin 1x day
* whey protein shake daily
* Massage 2x day (very light w/ Wonderup cream in the morning, and more rigorous one w/ cocoa butter at night)

I'm not always consistent with the protein shake, but I am conscious about getting enough protein in my diet. I'm also thankfully not a sugar junkie anymore, and will try to avoid excess as much as possible. I quit smoking years ago and haven't had caffeine in months (except the very rare treat). I do like to have a glass or two of wine a night, so I will try to eliminate this last anti-NBE vice : )

I'm about 10 lbs over my ideal/ average weight right now, so I'll also be working to get that off--mostly by cycling and weight training. I'll try to do both (lose weight and gain boobs) but will take that into account when I'm gauging my success.

Wish me luck and happy growing to everyone!

PS. I don't mind if people post questions to me here.

Breast Actives

August 2 2007, 8:36 PM

Lol--reading my program you'll have to excuse my attempt at html formatting! Guess that didn't work as planned.

Just wanted to mention that I did take Breast Actives and used the cream for about 2 weeks while waiting for my Wonderup to arrive. During those 2 weeks I actually had a lot of soreness and my breasts were noticeably fuller. This was about 2 weeks prior to the arrival of my period, and of course it all disappeared when that came.

I just thought it was interesting because normally I swell up for only a couple of days before my period and never to that extent. On the flip side, I didn't experience anything like that in my cycle while on the Wonderup.

Just noting this because I see there's a bit of controversy over B.A.--the pills are indeed weak formulation, but the cream is kind of the x factor here.

Also, I've started drinking Spearmint tea as part of my program. I'm not sure if I have excess androgens or not though I do tend to have oily skin. Hair gets oily after 1-2 days of not washing, and I get acne when off my BCP. Figured I probably had a few excess androgens so the tea couldn't hurt-plus it tastes great!

Forgot to mention that I am on BCP--Ortho Tri-Cyclen. I intend to stay on it for now as I see women have had success while being on BCP and using Wonderup. If I don't grow at all I may reconsider and stop using it.

Tracking the Ups and Downs

This morning my breasts felt a little fuller and heavier. I'm going to start taking note of when the swelling comes and goes in relation to my cycle so I can get a feel for the pattern. It's 15 days until my period is due to start and I am 4 days away from completing my first month on Wonderup.

At this point, if I'm even swollen for 3/4 of a month, I'm happy!
