I am so excited to get started. Here's my program.
For the first two weeks
Nature Day Drops - 3 droppers daily
Nature Day Cream & Massage - 3 times daily
Nature Day Soap - 1 time daily in shower
EPO - 3 pills daily
After the first two weeks
Nature Day Drops - 1 dropper daily
Nature Day Pills - 3 pills daily
Nature Day Cream & Massage - 3 times daily
Nature Day Soap - 1 time daily in shower
EPO - 3 pills daily
I took before pictures and will monitor progress by pictures. I will add my pics to the picture posts, but only if I see results.
I think I am becoming a loon. I swear my breasts have been sore all day. I am not sure if it's from all the massage or if this is actually working! I am super excited about it and still feeling very optimistic. Granted I have only been at this for 2 days. I really wish this wasn't such a long process, but I am determined to stick at this and give this a good go. I am taking pics for myself. I will take pics at the 2 week mark, 4 week mark, 2 month mark, and monthly there after.
I thought I was on day 6, but I am actually only on day 5 and I swear I can see a slight difference already. My husband thinks I am nuts and doesn't notice anything, but fooey on him. I can tell. I don't think I am hallucinating. I can't wait until I can see more growth. I am going to continue with the drops only for another week, but then will switch to the drops and pills. I keep wanting to add something else, but seems stupid if what I am doing is working.
I am making some changes to my program. I was noticing a lot of growth the first week, but after dropping down to 1 dropper and 3 pills am just not noticing much. I looked around at some of the other girls programs using Nature Day and decided to make some changes. Here's my new plan.
morning: 1 dropper and 2 pills Nature Day plus 1 EPO + massage with Nature Day cream
afternoon: 1 pill Nature Day & 1 EPO + massage with Nature Day cream
night: 1 dropper and 2 pills Nature Day plus 1 EPO + massage with Nature Day cream
I may add something else, but going to try this for now and see what happens.
Made some more changes to things. Decided to add some of the herbs from Eve's program since I am just not seeing the results I had hoped for.
I am still taking the Nature Day stuff as listed above since I ordered a bunch and have a lot left. Plus, I do think it is helping some.
I added to my program
Barley Grass - 3xs a day
Hops - 3xs a day
Fennel - 2xs a day
Fennegreek - 2xs a day
Alfalfa - 2xs a day
Oat bran - 2xs a day
Soy Isoflavines - 2xs a day
Flax Oil - once a day
I also am adding Alfalfa tea & Fennel tea once a day. We'll see how it goes. I guess I have nothing better to do than keep trying. Nothing to lose really? I'll update in a few weeks if this has made any difference. I am trying to lose weight too so I don't know if that is hindering things, but I have to get this weight off of me. I have about 40 more pounds I need to lose. Oh, I forgot to add that I am trying to have at least one protein shake a day too. This seems to help with things since I am losing weight.
