Hello all, I am new and want to introduce myself. I have had four kids that left me with deflated boobies. I had D cup before I had them now I have a deflated B. I am so glad that I found this forum. I did this a few years ago (tried to grow more boobs). I did pretty well just by taking Saw palmetto and black cohosh but it took me like a year to just gain 2 inches. Recently I purchased Breast actives which did nothing (read the comments about it here....now I know why it did nothing) Wish I had known before I bought the stuff. Anyhoo, here is my current program, please tell me if it is ok or if I should change something.
I am 30 almost 31, 5'9" 125 lbs. 34B (one boob is anyway, the other is a bit more deflated lol)
Measurement: Under 30 inches, over 35 inches, above 34 inches
Morning:
800 mg Fenugreek
575 mg fennel
675 mg Dong Quai
450 mg Blessed Thistle
700 mg saw palmetto
1000 mg fish oil
1000 mg Vit C
Usually do massages in the morning and evening with St. ives collagen elastin.
I have been doing this for one week already and I have plumped up so to say. No measurable gain but I can feel them tingling and they are somewhat sore. If there is anything I am missing or I don't need please let me know. Thanks a bunch.
P.S. I bought the herbs separately from pennherb.com their prices are fairly reasonable. I got them all for $40 there are 60 caps in each bottle and their mg's in one capsule are what I have listed here. Happy booby growing to everyone and have a boobylicious day LOL
That's great that you've grown and that you used to be bigger - people generally find it easier to get boobs back than grow them from nothing. I'd say what you're taking is fairly strong, you may want to ditch one of the three doses and spread the other quantities in to 3 (or ideally 4 daily doses). If you have too much too soon it can stall - which is where you desensitise the receptors and this could take ages to wear off. I'd reduce as above for maybe a month or two then if you don't feel any boob awareness / aching or anything then increase the dose slowly maybe takingthe extra third every other day for a month before going up to what you're on now. Some people need more than others and don't think it's just related to body mass. Obviously you've done this before so if I'm being patronising feel free to put "MYOB" on the bottom of my profile! You may want to scroll to the end as it's very very longwinded - I wanted every detail and didn't want it on my laptop in case it got examined at customs!
You may want to add some protein in your diet or try protein shakes (low calorie if you're not trying to gain weight) and maybe some omega oils. Gelatine has also been successful for some, you can get caps or make it from boiling boney meat bits (have a look on the site for info about this - I'm veggie)
The collagen and elastin molecules are too large to actually be absorbed through the skin so if you use this cream because you like it great but massage with baby oil or whatever should be just as good.
If you don't like swallowing all those caps I've got loads of great pure herbs from herbalextractsplus.com - they're very helpful and I think quite cheap if you're in the US. You'll only need tiny amounts so you can put the powder in your food.
Thank you for your advice, I actually thought I should cut back on dosage. Was thinking maybe take what I take in the am and then again in the pm, skip the afternoon. I do take fish oil capsules for omega's. When I did this before I took only SP and black cohosh. I started at 32" bust and stopped with 34" that was 3 years ago, i havent lost it but I still want my old size :)lol. I am open for advice and I would never say MYOB, I say TY TY TY TY. I do use the st. ives on my whole body but I have been reading about everyone's different bobbie batter's, Maybe I will come up with one too LOL.

Massage 2-3 x's a day (massage right boob more cuz it's smaller)

Ok have cut down from 3 times a day to 2 times a day (Thank you Louise for your advice :). Have added EPO to routine too. Been eating a pretty high protien & good carb diet for about 3 years now. Pastries and chocolate are my weak spot though. Glad I didn't buy that dozen cream filled krispy kremes I would have eaten the whole box and be feeling sorry for myself now. Have two addictions coffee and cigarettes, I know neither of these will help at all while trying to grow boobs so I have bought decaf (yuck!) and cut back to 1/2 pack a day. Having hard time with the caffiene & nicotine cut back (feel like a bitch on wheels). I haven't measured yet, I feel heavy and once in awhile i'll get a small pain or some tingles. I made a little boobie cream or massage oil whatever lol anyhoo I made it with mineral oil (which I am not sure if it's the right stuff so if I am wrong please let me know, I had some here so I used it) I pricked some EPO caps and squirted it in the mineral oil, then cracked open some capsules of FG, fennel, and blessed thistle, put them in the mix. I haven't used it yet it's been sitting for about 10 hours I shook it up, Not sure how long to leave it seep before I strain it. I am guessing 24. Has anyone ever put it in the blender and emulsified it? Thought about that but not sure(question to ask main forum So that's about it for now. Have a nice booby growing day :) April
I measured last night and again this morning to recheck and I have grown 1/4 inch. It may just be water retention which it probably is cuz my period should be comin next week. I'll remeasure after it is gone to see if I lose it or not. So for now i'm not gonna get too excited about it.
