KRIZZIE'S AU NATURALE PROGRAM!

Hi guys, I've been a lurker of this site for months now and I think it's about time that I
participate and try out NBE...which makes me a noob.

I think starting this program and sharing it to the world (or at least to this forum)
will force me not to slack off my project. And there will be kind people who will help
me along the way, right?


Anyway here are some of my basic stats:



*Height: 5'1" (just a normal petite asian ;p)

*Weight: 100 lbs (I think I'm in a healthy weight though I don't look very slim. I tend to
get fat on my arms and thighs instead of my waist though.)

*Age: 21

*Children: None

*Vices: I don't drink nor smoke, but I tend to always sleep late, usually around 4AM!

*Bra Size: 32B (will post pictures later)


*Goal: A full C. I don't think a size bigger than that would not look proportional for
my height. I would be very happy if they got fuller especially on the top part.
I'm still young but my breasts are already drooping :(



***MY PLAN OF ACTION***


For my program I'll be using natural methods (no expensive pills, herbs, and
artificial whatnots) as I'll be patterning my routine according to Tigerlily's and Fengshui
but with very few tweaks too to suit my lifestyle.


>MASSAGE.
Massage twice a day. I'll be incorporating a combination of Chi massage, Knuckle massage
Lobe Massage, and Pansyclub's massage. I wonder if twice is good, because I've read about
the effects of over massaging, anybody?

>BOOBIE FOOD.

Eating/drinking collagen-rich Chicken Feet soup after massages. Luckily I'm an asian so
I don't mind eating chicken feet. In my country we even eat them as a street food, we fondly call
them "Adiddas" after that famous shoe brand. We're funny fellows, see. :)

I will avoid estrogen inhibiting foods as listed on the Food And Recipe Page. I found another
from: http://www.holisticonline.com/Remedies/hrt/hrt_food_and_estrogen.htm.

I'll try to eat lots of sea food whenever I get the chance. I'll pick fatty omega enriched
fish too. Take multivitamins.

I will see to it to stay well-hydrated, I will drink up to 2L a day. This is not really a feat
as I really like drinking plain water.

(Alternatives)

And if by some chance, I couldn't get my chicken feet broth, I'd put Knox gelatin on my
hot drinks twice a day. I could also stock up on soymilk, but they are expensive here, so
I guess dairy products would suffice. I could also make myself papaya milk, which, had been
effective for me before*.

>HABITS

Hit the sack by 9:30 PM. Exercise, try yoga and/or yogalates. Exercise chest before massage
session. Don't stress, don't worry about anything, instead pray about everything.



(*- I have tried Chinese BE methods (as shown by Fengshui and Tigerlily) before and I think I reached a satisfactory fullness and growth by the fourth day of consistent massaging, avoiding no-no foods, and drinking of papaya milk after the massage session. However, I stopped because I had to pull allnighters for a project for two weeks.*ARGH* And I think tonight's going to be the last one. I'll start the next day ASAP after I gather my materials. *crossing fingers*)

How do you edit the pages? I want to edit the title, it's not supposed to be all-caps..hahaha.

I read somewhere that eating sesame seeds would help in BE. Also I forgot to mention that I'll apply heating pad on my chest after my night massage.

Hi Kriz,

To edit you need to go to the main forum page where the big flower is and scroll down to the bottom right, click on apply for senior membership and follow the steps there. When you've finished all that you probably need to restart your PC for it to take effect then log back in, it should now say senior member by your name and there will be a blue edit post link in the bottom right of all your posts. Good luck! I'm 5'1 too....
