Okay so I have started wonderup a month ago. I am also doing massages. I didn't buy the WU massage cream, i basically just massage them before I go to bed for 15 mins.. The WU bottle advises to take 2 pills 3x's a day. However I take 2 in the morning and then 4 before I go to bed. The reason I do this is because I believe any sort of pill or medicine works more effectively when your sleeping so take the pills and do the massage then go to bed. I am pretty much following the massage routine of Fengshui.


My stats:
25 yrs. old.
5'7 and thin
Sm. B cup i wear a 34B however don't always fill it out (depends on the bra)
non-smoker
exercise a lot.

program: as explained above:
6 pills WU a day
massages: no special creams or oils, (most of the time I don't use anything)
I massage the left for 10 mins. and the right for 5. The left is one a little smaller, although I never noticed until i took a picture of myself.

LOL! thanks for the compliment. I am hoping to get at least and extra inch and 1/2. I would be a happy with a C cup. I should take another pic because i think that pic. makes my boobs look bigger than what they are and the pic is so dang small. Next month i will post another picture. I hope the WU works for me SOON.

started massaging with one of those little plastic massager's that have four little balls at each end. it able to massage for longer because me hands don't get so tired. U can do a lot with those things. I just took a updated pic. after 1 month and it seems like my left breast is starting to fill out more and is evening out with the right.

Im in my third month now. I think I am seeing growth but not to much pain, so really not to sure. Anyways, I added Maca Root to my program to try and trigger my hormones. I take 1200mg. Keep you guys posted.

ive just seen your picturs your alot fuller on the top now then you was before. like you im on wonderup just started 2nd month i feel fuller to the sides not done no pictures yet. i have felt tingling in the last couple of days. i am a 32b(85cms round the bust) i want to be a 32d which is a 5cm growth. i am going on holiday next month so hopefully may grow a little bit.

Yea, i too feel fuller. I haven't measured myself, but need to do so. They pics really help. I think i am going to do a 9 month program and see what happens with WU. it seems like everyone who has pics up has seen at least a little growth. I also feel a little tingling, but wish I was having more growing pains.

i also plan to do a 9 - 12 month plan on WU to give it chance to work. its not too expensive or time consuming to give it a fair chance. i measure in CM;s so you get a better idea of growth and see results quicker then inches. waiting for 1 inch is waiting for 2.5cms so a 1cm growth is exciting and noticble on the tape measure.

I have finally gotten a tape measurer and measured myself today. I agree with you better to measure in centimeters.

So this is what I am measuring after 4 months on WU:

below: 73.5cm
bust: 83.5
above: 78.5

according to the bra calculator I am a 34B. Hope I make it to a 34C. I just want to go up one cup size and I will be happy. Now I wish I had measured myself before I had started nbe, oh well. My 34B have most definitely gotten tighter, before they were loose.

below 72 cm
bust 86 cm
above 81 cm

yea ur right. I just re-calculated to see if I was mistaken but no it says that I am a 34B, I also pu tin your stats and it calculates a 32B. Your larger than me in every area except underneath. I guess that is what makes me a 34 and you a 32. But how weird ur bust is 2cm more than me. It is probably just that your rib cage is smaller and need a smalled band. I will let you know when I grow a cm.

ive just asked for my picture to be put up so you will see that you look bigger than me.

So grow a 1 1/2 cm, this month my bust line is now 85cm ( I don't think it is noticeable in a pic. though). The soreness stayed around for about 4 days after my period and I got a little growth, finally after 4 months, I think something might be happening. I know it isn't much but I am happy. They may still be growing because my nipples are still really sensitive and my bobbies in general are more tingly. Usually, the premenstrual swelling goes down the day or the day after I get my period but this time it is sticking around. Well hope this is a good thing. I will update if there are any other changes. Oh yea, i stopped taking maca root ran out and just never bought more.

Indeed, your boobies already look great, proportional and really nice shape. It usually takes a few months for WU to kick in, seems it's just happened for you, so good luck!

Still on WU, been on it since Nov last year. Also take EPO 4000mg a day and have just this month added in saw palmetto 450mg three times a day as beginning to get a little fed up!

My boobs have improved in look over that time but are more enhanced than enlarged i would say. It is hard to tell as I never photoed them - I should have done. Still in a 32C bra but better cleavage i would say. The initial extreme tenderness I had lasted for about 3 months only and sice then I have had only a small amount of tendenes pre-menstrually, plus some swelling which still, sadly, goes away post period.

I have also used a noogleberry pump which I like and which does help, but is temporary, though give a boost to the ego!

Beginning to massage again now as haven't fr a while since pumping.

All I can say is, keep with it, it all takes longer than you think it will but hiopefully we will all get there eventually. By the way I am 37.

Hi everyone I'm new here. I was trying to find tinacker's picture page but somehow didn't find it. I'm on my quest for NBE - am a 34A and have a curvy figure - except for the top part of course. So I would be very happy with a C cup - which in my opinion is close to impossible to achieve through NBE. I went through Eve's Programme and you are mentioning Wonderup. Can they be taken at the same time, or you have to choose? Is Wonderup similar to Tobustan or Mamonite pills? Many claimed these are scams so I kept back from buying any.

Hi tinacker, I'm new here and mixed up lol. I've just read Eve's program and she's done wonderfully. Then I read that some of you take Wonderup, or Breast Actives. So are these pills to substitute the herb program? I assume so. I've browsed Mamonite and Tobustan sites and then read in this forum that they are scams. That makes it all the more confusing! Then sometimes I consider implants. By the way I'm a 34A, with a curvy bottom, so I would gladly like a C cup.

hey vicky, wonderup is basically a mix of all the herbs. I got Wonderup because it was a lot easier than taking single herbs and considering they were already measured and put into one pill. A lot easier to take 6 pills a day than to take single herbs. This of course is my personal opinion. If wonderup doesn't work for me I will probably try single herbs. Anyways, I haven't heard of any of those products that you have mentioned. But I don't think wonderup is a scam a lot of girls on this site have seen great results with WU, but everyone is different and different programs work better for different girls. If you search through the main forum you will find a list of people that have taken WU. then go to the picture page and start looking at the results. If you can't find the pic page. you go to the main forum page> under resources click personal picture page. Hope this help and good luck. By the way my body type may be similar to yours. I am pretty curvy but smaller on the top :( I also hope to be a C cup. I will keep you posted on how the program is going for me. I would definitely give NBE a shot before you get implants, natural breast are so much nice and not to mention the serious risk along with implants. Let me know if I can help in any way. Ok, so I took about a week 1/2 break from my program. I felt like my body needed it even though I have just started to see some growth. I have started Yasmin BC. I scared this stuff is gonna break me out but I really need a form of birth control.

Hope I still gonna gain a little more

Haven't really started the program again but plan to after my period this month. I have been on Yasmin and my boobs have been sore ever since starting it. The only side effect I have in ACNE, that is why I took a month break actually probably a little more. Keep you guys posted. Good luck to ALL
