3 times daily:

-2 500mg fenugreek
-2 480mg fennel
-1 420mg damiana
-1 450mg dong quai
-3 420mg wild yam
-1 1000mg saw palmetto

Note: I also take CLA supplements, 1000mg/pill, 2pills, 3x daily.

Also some massaging throughout the day - maybe 5-10 times a day, 3-5 minutes at a time. Mostly just a quick squeeze!

Been doing this for ~2 weeks, starting to see a little bit of fullness.

I recently started adding heat, as in putting a heat pad over my breasts after I massage them (particularly if I'm just sitting at my desk). I don't know if it works, but it feels nice :) And I like to think it keeps the circulation up.

I'm also trying the Blake Talks program; only been on it one night so far so nothing to report yet :)

Have magnets from KJmagents on order...

Ugh! Discontinuing Blake Talks, that dude totally freaks me out. It drives me crazy whenever he says "I'm going to show you a learning"...

I can't concentrate on growing my boobs when all I can think of is, "dude, your grammar is AWFUL."

But maybe that's just me.

Hey, Pomegranatesix, I hope you don't mind if I comment here. Your post about the Blake Talks grammar cracked me up. You're not alone. :) I, too, am a stickler for grammar especially if it's in a material being sold to the public. And if I sometimes catch myself using the wrong grammar (well, I'm not perfect), I feel really ashamed. Oops! LOL!
