Bust: 32.5"
Between an A-B cup, currently a full B (34").
Age: 19, height: 5'8, asian, non smoker, generally healthy, I avoid caffeine (only have coffee when I *need* to).
I have been on NBE for a while but didn't really post my program. There's a lot I did so it may be a bit confusing to recap it all.
I started NBE last year, around November ish. I had no idea of NBE and purchased "Bust boom" pills off ebay. Used them for about a month, noticed the circumference of my nipples becoming bigger. Experienced slight swelling but no real growth.
Then I discovered this forum. I purchased Natureday and took 90 drops a day for about 3 months I think. For about 2 of those months I was on a workout program, and exercising frequently. I grew an inch. I also took AAKG (arginine), colostrum, amino acids, omega oils, ginko biloba, multi vitamin, acidophilus (of which I am still taking). Added porcine pituitary gland (homeopathic) at around January. Finished the bottle 3 weeks ago, have not repurchased. Took sheep placenta for about 2 months between Dec - Jan. Took 90mg of papaya enzymes for about 2 months at the same time, then gave up on it to see if herbs were working by itself. Seems like I grew still without papaya enzymes. Then I went overseas for 2 weeks and decided to take a break. I lost my growth when I came back.
When I got back from overseas (February) I finished off my remaining Natureday and started Wonderup.
I have now taken wonderup for 3.5 months and have gained growth to which my significant other has noticed. My boobs definitely are filling up my bras nicer and my B cup bras which used to be under-filled are now overflowing.
Also I have been massaging (though not with intense strength and not for 20 mins a day as I am lazy) since Dec, using wonderup cream. I basically rub in the wonderup cream (so I call that massage).
I noticed bloating and an inch gained on my waist, so a month ago I started exercising again, I do 1 hour of cardio whenever I can fit it in. I also started to take CLA about 3 weeks ago to combat any tummy fat gain. In order to lose my tummy fat and avoid further weight gain, I take Phase 2 to block starch calories. After working out for a few weeks, i have noticed my tummy to have gone flatter, although I haven't taken proper measurements yet.
