At this time I knew little about NBE, but desperate to grow breasts I ordered a 4 month supply of Breast Actives along with the Breast Actives Cream for massage.

For a month I took 2 pills a day and massaged everyday in the morning.
Nothing happened except during the first week my breasts were sore.

I began researching NBE, and learned Breast Actives is a very weak dose program.

Taken on an empty stomach with water once daily. (11:00 p.m)

massage once daily with Breast Actives Cream

(My breasts were very sore for the first 10 days of this program but slowly these feelings ceased.
All around fuller and perkier.)

I now fill out a B (32-34) cup perfectly, A's are officially too small.
(Can't wear any band size over a 34.)

Only a couple nights with magnets and already my breasts are even more tender then they have been from herbs! I'm nervous about the whole negative vs. positive pole thing though.
Everyone has different opinions about how to identify the poles... I just hope my boobs aren't shrinking!!

I want to warn others though... if you decide to use magnets you MUST be so careful. They are so strong it frightens me. Already 3 have broken!! They just... fly towards one another and then snap in half.

DO NOT underestimate the power of magnets.

I don't know if I like them very much. I can kinda feel bad energy coming from them.

I think my boobs shrank. i must be using the wrong sides of my magnets i guess? This is so unbelievably discouraging. I've only been doing NBE for like 2 months, which is nothing compared to the countless women who have been so dedicated on here.
Still I feel like I have no hope.
They're so small now, way smaller than before.
I dont know what to do!

Hi Grace, I hope your not too angry about posting on your page. I just wanted to say that it's hard, but you can do this. There are a couple people who had a set back with magnets, and when they reversed them they gained their loss back in a week or less. I would say just reverse them and see what happens. I just started with magnets and I'm nervous about using the wrong poles too. But I know that if I am using the wrong ones, the effects can be reversed. Try not to worry to much. I know it can be disheartening, but just keep at it. Eventually you'll see results!

SO after 3 months of NBE last summer and no success, I think now I have gained more patience to begin again.

-Take Wonderup 3x a day, 2 at a time
-massage.. not exactly sure with what yet. 2x a day
-incorporate other supplements... Borage/Flax Oil capsules. 1x a day

Hi Grace, I just started taking Breast actives today and I saw you said it was a poor supplement, did you get any results at all from it ?? :( I kindof wish I would have done more research before buying it

Well when I was first taking Breast Actives I felt a lot of tenderness and even swelling. After a few weeks the sensations stopped though. I finally did a lot of research on different programs, especially when I found this forum. But i guess i discovered the forum too late.
Apparently it is a very low dosage program along with many others. On this forum I remember finding a list of pills that all contain the same dosages... low dosages... and Breast Actives was on the list! :(
I was fooled too. So I ramped up on the pills and began taking fenugreek and other herbs with it. (See program above) I tried this all for about 4 months... to no success. I wasn't patient.

But now I'm on Wonderup... so far for a week.. Wish me luck.. I wish you luck too!

WEEK 1

breasts feel swollen at times and are harder. No real growing sensations...YET! :)

SO I have been on WU for 20+ days!
And in the past 3 days they have been unbelievably sore. I don't know what to do in terms of massage. I think I need to research and establish a better massage program but have yet to find adequate time. SO BUSY!
Boyfriend says boobies are fuller... and i think so too!

SO i think I have been on WU like 3 weeks about. and I just took pictures and I don't know, I guess I'm a little fuller?
I feel like my boobs have grown outwards but not like bigger in general? It's hard to explain.

I just want them bigger already, gr.
