Well, I'm a firm believer in doing things the right way. As such, I have not formally started a program. I have a few things I'd like to accomplish before I do so:
1) Quit coffee completely and limit other forms of caffeine to 2 drinks/week (research has told me this will be beneficial to my program, and it should also relieve my anxiety)
2) Completely eliminate refined sugar, but I know this is a long shot so once I get it down to two servings a week, I will start my program, then work to eliminate it altogether
3) No more than three refined grain servings per day (i try to use ezekiel bread)
My diet isn't the worst in the world (I eat oatmeal with ground flax every morning, don't take pop, and get enough fiber). But my lifestyle is so busy that cooking fresh every day is something I struggle with. I eat things like pizza and ice cream regularly. That brings me to the next part of my goals:
4) Limit recreational internet use to 30 minutes a day
5) Eliminate recreational television use (basically don't watch tv)
The idea here is that I will have enough time to cook a diet that is balanced enough to sustain growth (as well as reap other life benefits) and still carry on with my life responsibilities.
And, the last goal I have to accomplish before I begin my program is
6) Sufficient research, which is what brought me to this site.
My height is about 5'8"
My weight fluctuates around 130
My over bust while bent over is 37, and while standing is about 34 and a half (depending on time in cycle). My under bust is around 31
My bra size averages at 34B, but we all know how inconsistent bra makers are, so I fit everything from 34A to 34C. (by the way, the inches breast measuring guides never works for me. going to the store and trying on tons of bras does)
My waist is 27"
My hips are 35"
I usually wear size 2-4 in womens and 5 in juniors
I am 26 years old.
My reasons for doing this are varied. Having this goal has motivated me to work harder on my other goals (the above first 5). I also feel that my confidence has been growing lately from things like yoga and meditation, and I want my outer body to reflect inner changes and symbolize how I feel. Hopefully in itself it will also boost confidence. Though my breasts aren't exceptionally small, they are spaced far apart on my chest, giving me great side boob and lower breasts, but not much cleavage. I'd like to give them a more consistent shape. I'm actually more concerned with them getting rounder than I am achieving a significant size increase, because I have very narrow bones to begin with (ring size 4.5) so large breasts would not look good on me (though a little size boost wouldn't hurt cause I am 5'8"). I just want to feel better naked and portray a feminine light that I feel all women have inside. I want my feminine energy to awaken as I often feel like I have too much yang energies, like aggression, swirling in my mind.
