I started NBE on 21 June 08. i am currently a 32b wanting to be a 32d. i am taking wonderup and massaging twice daily for 5 mins at a time. i personally think i have got a bit fuller since taking them but i havent grown in size. i am going to take these for at least 8 months to see if i can gain results. after reading so many posts im not sure whether to add anything else like soya milk etc to my diet.
Hey ur b-day is 4 days after mine. but im a year younger. I have already began to lose count of how old I am. The years just go by way to fast. Well keep me posted on ur growth and I will do the same. good luck
I have a question. You have probably seen it in the main forum. But what happens before ur menstruation. Do you get really sore really early or do you feel that the pain is nomral. I get really sore early, and grow a lot but it all deflates once i get my period. I have always gotten a little sore around this time but it is much different then before. I read another girl posted (I don't think she is around any more, madboobie) but she seemed to have the same "growing pains" as me and she didn't get very much from WU. I was hoping it wouldn't be my case or yours (if you even have these symptoms). From what I have seen you have experienced normal pains through the month not mainly at one specific time. The only thing I feel during the month are little bubble like things popping in the boobies (thats how I would explain it). Well let me know what you are experiencing.
i am actually due on in morning and i havent felt any different to how i normally felt before taking WU. i havent swelled up and i havent done in the past. i dont get any pains or anything and havent started to since taking wu. I get a bit moody and bossy and thats still the sames. hpe this helps i just feel really hot in the boob area on and off through the day and a tingle every now and again since taking WU.
just thought id update - today i have been and bought a new bra 32c - a 32b was too small yippie first sign of something really happening i want to be a 32d.

I thought I would ask considering I just ordered WU. I have read a lot about NBE but I still don't know if I should add anything else. Currently, I am a 32b, the same size you were when you started taking WU. I was hoping to go to a 32d as well, so I thought that you would be a good person to ask. Please let me know.
im on 3rd bottle of WU i cant say i have grown anymore but this could be due to me not massaging im starting to massage daily again and drink plenty of water from today to see how i go i plan to take WU for 8 - 12 months i do believe WU works.
i have just posted an updated pic after nearly 4 months on WU i am a small 32c now. i am still taking WU and plan to until june next year then i know i have given it a fair chance then.

i want to be 32d so that will be two cup sizes from when i first started WU. i so a little growth in the first 2 months then nothing in the third but they seem to be doing something again now i get like little tingle feelings every now and again and that makes me think something is working.
well ive started taking wonderup again i took it for 2 months solid (21 june -11 Sept) then i didnt really take them as meant to so im starting a fresh.(family problems) However i must say that from taking them in the first place i did notice a difference and grew a cup size (i have lost this now) i am planning on taking wonderup for full year none stop then plan to do a maintenance routine.
fingers crossed i will soon gain my cup size again and reach my overall goal of a 32d.

i also massage daily with some cream bought from Holland and Barratt (cheaper than others) wild yam cream.
i know its only been 3 days back taking wonderup and massaging fully. but they look and feel different. they where tingling all day yesterday and today they look rounder and fuller. all i can describe them as when not taking wonderup is that they look like mouse faces all they need is wiskers coming off nipples. lol. but this goes when i take wonderup and they become more round and fuller.
its a great fealing to know its working again. i never fully stopped taking wonderup while i had the break i was taking more like 2 tablets a day three times a week then at the begining of the year i started taking 6 tablets a day and massaging twice daily.
i measure round the bust now 86 - 87cm i always measure in a morning and some days i am 86 and some 87 i am back wearing my 32c bra so i assume that not all the herbs disappered from my body from when i originally started nbe.

i am also trying to loose weight i want to be 58kg. = when i say loose weight i have just introduced more fruit and veg to diet and not eaten crisps, chocolate etc and eating 3 healthy meals a day and drinking pleanty of water.
the below is lazensa bra sizes, this is what i compare my measurements to.
Step 1 - Bra Size (Underband)
Measuring in centimetres place the tape measure around the rib cage immediately under the bust. The tape should be held quite tightly but should not feel uncomfortable. Refer to the table below which converts your underband measurement into your bra size.
Step 2 - Cup Size
Again using centimetres, measure around the bust at the fullest part ensuring that the tape is level at the front and back. The tape should be held firmly. Having established your bra size you can now check your cup size.
