New start, new hope...

Okay, I have decided to take a much more rounded view of NBE this time around, and make some changes to my daily routine which should help not only NBE but also my general health.

Age: 26
Height: 5'3"
Weight: 46 kilos/7 Stone 3
Dress size: US 4-6/UK 6-8/XS
Measurement under bust: 27.5inches/70cm
Measurement at fullest part: 30 inches/76cm

I have rather annoying ribs that slightly protrude, the left more so than the right. This makes me look even flatter, if that's possible.

My right breast is also my smallest, I reckon by about 1 inch, and feels emptier so I will be focussing my attentions on that.

I don't have aims of being a DD, or a D, or a C, or even a B. Just a couple more inches, some evening out and a nice shape will do me. If I even up and gain 1 more full inch. I will fill a 32 AA bra, and I am happy with that aim as I have a very petite frame.

Daily Routine

2 tsp Cod Liver Oil
1 Zinc(15mg)
2 PM (one after breakfast; 1 before bed)
1 Pint Milkshake
x150 rotations am
x150 rotations pm with Garnier firming lotion (it's improved my thigh cellulite!)
After the rotations I will massage PM spray into my breasts.

Extra little changes

- I am considering wearing soft triangle bikini tops as I feel underwiring can do damage to the breast tissue, so this may help encourage growth.
- I go to a 2 hour dance class once a week
- I will start running once a week
- I will be doing other exercises such a chest presses in the comfort of my own home at least twice a week, though I am going to try to do them as soon as I come home from work.

Dunno if this idea might help to organise and motivate anyone else, but I personally need both of those things, so am doing myself a checklist on Excel so I can tick off what I've taken and exercises/massages I've done. Plus the ticks make me feel happy!!
Dunno if I mentioned this but after seeing an improvement in the cellulite on my thighs after taking a dip in the British sea, I now have a 5min cold blast in the shower every day. It's refreshing, I'll say that. If I had the nerve I'd do this in a more exciting manner and become a member of the Jolly Roger's club (you have to swim in the sea every day for a year, no matter what the weather)
Oh and I've hooked myself up with a tennis partner for Mondays.

Mistake, oops

I used a crap tape measure (a decorators one) and realised the original measurements were wrong, so...

Under: 26"/66cm
Over: 29"/74cm

Apparently makes me a 30AA!!!!!!!! How bloody small?!!!

I'm massaging well and remembering my zinc and PM, but have been a bit lax on the milkshakes and exercise. I am considering the f-cup cookies. Maybe one box. I'll keep you posted on that one, as I have one tub of PM pills left and not sure where to go after that.

I've been pants

I have been rubbish with my program. I've not done nearly enough exercise and in the last 2 weeks I've been lazy with the massaging.
I have started today with PM and am going to take it in a cycle as suggested and see if this makes a difference. I'm going to start up on the old massage again properly, and see how things go towards Christmas.

Must get back on track!!
