When I started NBE, I tried Breast Gain Plus (now called Breast Actives), Mirifem, and Natureday. Didn't take any for long, probably one month and a half each. Then last year I took Bountiful Breast for close to six months and experienced tingling and sensation of the breast. But that was all. No growth at all. Then my friend who was on the same NBE journey as me, recently reported that she grew a cup size on Natureday and I saw for myself that indeed she had. She spent a little over $500 in about six months but the results are there. She went from a 34C to a 36D. Now I have newfound hope and I'm starting my program with natureday and I plan on sticking to it for at least six months. The website is very inspiring and motivational.

I know I'm not very consistent with my regimen because I'm a college student and I'm so busy I tend to forget to take the pills. But I never forget the natureday liquid. I ordered the natureday cream which I will be adding to my regimen once it arrives.
was wondering howw the progress is going because i just ordered my 3 month success package :) hoping for results, i asked if i could swap the pills for the liquid so im gettin all liquids. iv heard great stuff about ND however, someone on this forum said their growth deflated after growth on natureday... really not what im looking for.
hiya! I'm still on natureday. So far I've ordered another success package which I'm currently on but still no growth unfortunately. I'm going to continue and finish the package then switch over to puerira murifica (is that how it's spelt?). I've been really inspired by Katie's growth and I would love to have at least a B cup by my 21st birthday in April.

I just ordered from pueraria.co.uk. I ordered the breast spray with the deal of getting one bottle of the capsules for free. I'm so excited! Katie's pictures are truly an inspiration to me! I can't wait for my items to arrive so I can start using them right away! I just got done my period today so hopefully it'll arrive before my next period.
I've given the herbs a good go. When I added the SP, I noticed a bit more fullness and aches in my breasts from time to time (quite rare actually) but along with that, my waist widened which is just not good. My appetite has increased amazingly along with my waistline causing me a bit of low self-esteem especially since my breasts aren't really growing as I'd like them to. I'm on my last bottle of Natureday liquid and good riddance. It didn't do much for me other than leave yet another dent in my pocket. I'll finish that and keep using the herbs for now until my PM arrives then I'll toss the herbs (good riddance)!
One thing I can say may have been hindering my growth is that I'm not massaging as much as I can. So for this next month, I'm going to massage a LOT more and wear a heating pad every night while taking the remainder of the natureday liquid and continuing my regimen with the herbs. Hopefully that'll bring about a change but if not, PM it is!
I started the liver cleanse this week. Will be taking Milk Thistle twice a day for the next two weeks. I want my system to be completely clean before I start the new program. Hopefully my peuriria uk pills and spray will have arrived by then. It's been 12 days since it was shipped out. I emailed dj and he/she said it should arrive soon. I certainly hope so before the liver cleanse period is over. If this works out, I might start ordering ahead of time so my items get here before the month is over.
Also, I decided to revamp my natureday cream a few weeks back by breaking and adding capsules of fenugreek (two pills), saw palmetto (two pills) and epo oil (either one or two pills) and mixing that into the cream. It smells HORRIBLE! The smell is almost unbearable and even worse smelling it on my chest all day. So I've put that to rest for a bit.
My pm.co.uk. spray and pills came today!!! Finally!!! I can't wait to use them. There was a delay in the shipping because on transit at Australia, my package was detained and looked through for quarantine purposes. Well, it passed whatever test they put it through but unfortunately, they repackaged it and you know the little stickers they put in front to describe what's inside? Well, on this package it said pueraria health product. That freaked me out a little bit because that's just a little too much information for whomever sees my package to know. Anywho the packaging for the spray is in a cute little spray bottle but I don't like that it says "pueraria breast spray" right in front and the bottle with the capsules is just a little too obvious what the pills are for.
Anyways, now I'm fully ready for my liver cleanse because I wasn't really keeping up with it. But now that my products are finally here (and perfect timing since my period is due in roughly two weeks), I'll use this time to really do the liver cleanse and get ready for it.
Now I have to find a place to hide my package from my boyfriend heehee. I already told him I was going to grow my breasts just for him (as a joke *wink wink*) and he laughed in disbelief and asked how I'd do that. I just smiled and said "ok" that time will tell. I really hope this works.....else I just set myself up for failure.
okay so I read Katie's routine and she used the spray everyday. So change of plans. I start the spray TONIGHT! I'm about to go use the spray and massage. And before I go to bed tonight, I'll massage some more and sleep with my heating pad across my breasts.
My period started today! Thank God!!! So today I took the pm.co.uk pills twice (1 morning and 1 night). I used the spray in the morning and massaged and will do so right before bed tonight. I felt a little ache in my left breast today so hopefully something's working. I just saw "stilettos"'s updated pictures. She looks AMAZING!!! and all this in three years. It's really inspired me. Here I am complaining of not seeing results within four months when others take years.
Anywho, I'm going to make my chicken feet soup sometime this week, probably wednesday and add that to my regimen to see what happens. Well, off to spray, then sleep =)
kudos to Deb from ebay. I ordered the robust and pueraria cultivar combo set from her last thursday and it arrived first thing this morning. Super fast shipping. So I applied my pm.co.uk spray, massaged, and then applied the robust cream and deeply massaged for about ten minutes or so. I didn't experience any aches or pains to signal something was working. But hey, this was the first time trying the robust so I'll wait and see.
Since using the pm.co.uk spray I didn't notice any difference but I recently started deeply massaging with the spray and my "remixed" natureday cream that was remaining (I opened capsules of fenugreek-2, saw palmetto-2, and epo-2 and mixed with it...smells horrible heehee). My breasts seem to be fuller but it's not THAT noticeable. I might buy the spray again since it's already half gone, in case it's what's causing the fullness but it might just be the massage causing the fullness...
I had been reading the threads about robust and the reviews seemed pretty good so I purchased it and will couple that with the spray along with fish oil (14days after period) and 1000mg EPO oil (for 14 days from the start of my period). I hope it works well because it will be a lot more convenient than buying from pm.co.uk which takes a while because of the distance (my package was even quarantined in Australia for a while before it came here, so it took over a month to receive my package.)
I made chicken feet soup and tried drinking it after my massage each day...didn't feel any major aches or anything to tell me the chicken feet was "working". I might cut it out because I'm trying to lose weight as it is and that might be setting me back.
Anyway, I might check back at the end of the week to write on how the robust has been holding up.
My period came yesterday morning, right on time!! So I guess I was taking the pueraria uk pills correctly. So I started taking the pills again, and all day and even today I've been having minor aches in my breasts. I'm guessing something must be working. I'm really considering buying the spray and pills again. Or just getting two sprays because of how potent it is....hmmm...that's something to think about.
My boyfriend ordered 3-months supply of wonderup for me. It came superquick! like within the week. I've been using it on and off, but now I'm getting pretty serious about it because that costs a lot of money. I dropped off the peuraria bandwagon because it just did not work for me at all.

Just finished massaging my breasts. Whew! That can be so taxing. The pills seem to be having an effect on my breasts. I feel minor aches/pains every once in a while. I purchased fennel tea which I will be taking every morning after the first dose of pills from now on. I hope that can help speed things up.
So I've been using the wonderup rather inconsistently. I try to take it everyday but a lot of times I end up taking only one dose which is in the morning. I have gotten A LOT BETTER at massaging though. I do it almost every morning and sometimes at night for at least 5 minutes. I honestly think the wonderup is working. I'm going to take pics now so I can compare in a month's time but seriously! Seriously my boobs feel FULLER now and are perkier and bouncier. It looks like they're filling out from the bottom and sides. When I grab them, there's no space between the palm of my hands and the breasts. There's actually something to cup now! This makes me very happy! Especially since I don't even take the pills the recommended 3x a day. Imagine what would happen if I start taking them at least 2x a day! It's really encouraging. My boyfriend himself told me that my boobs look slightly bigger. Well, here's hoping =)
Ok, it's night time, about to go to sleep, so I just finished massaging with my PM cream (Robust mixed with a little herbal oil for easier massaging). Then I took 2 WU, 1 EPO, and 1 HSN vitamins. Then I drank a cup of hot fennel tea mixed with just a smidge of sugar, and a vial of Royal Jelly I bought at the Asian Mart. This will be my nightly routine from now on. My period came two days ago, Thursday, 12/3/09. It's pretty painful but nothing some pain medicine doesn't take care of. My boobs got a lot fuller and I'm hoping the fullness I've been experiencing before my period hasn't been b/c of my upcoming period. I hope I don't lose a lot of my growth when I'm done...Still drinking my fennel tea mixed with Ginseng Royal jelly. I try to take my wonderup twice a day but I usually end up taking it only once. I really REALLY need to discipline myself to start taking it properly and consistently.
