Last night and tonight I took 3 of each.
I'm wondering if I should just take one or the other. Perhaps just taking papaya enzyme by itself would be enough. I don't know.
Also, I feel like my boobs are smaller :/
So, I guess I'm technically measuring 37.5 or something, because sometimes it'll be a 38, sometimes it'll be a little under. I will say that I am a 34C. The full coverage VS bra fits really good :)
So I don't know, I probably have unknowingly slimmed down a bit. It looks like I'll be shooting for 3 more inches
I think I'll add soy protein shakes to my regimen. All in all I'll be taking:
Soy Protein shake
Papaya Enzyme
I'm having 2nd thoughts about the Fenugreek. I'm thinking the PE will be enough actually.
And I'm still trying to see what I'll do about massages

I think they are smaller. :/ The only thing I can think of is that I wore a waist cincher last week. I bought it for my bride's maid dress, but also wore it to work. Today, I'm not wearing it and I think I'll just leave it for special occasions.
Anyway, here's my projected regimen:
Afterwork:
Soy protein shake w/ milk
Papaya Enzyme (45mg) x 3
EPO (1000mg) x 3
Eventually I plan on getting some of the B2Up Gum :) and I'll probably chew 3 pieces during the day before work.
So I posted a message earlier, but I don't think I was logged in. Basically I worried about massaging making my boobs smaller. And guess, what?? They could have.

No, that is the opposite of how I say to do it in my post.
If you want to reduce the size of your breasts, do the massage the way the "other guides" that you looked at say to do it. Otherwise, follow the direction that I gave.

So it looks like I should be massaging them in circles with my hands going downward in the middle then around, then back to my starting position to complete the circle.
Whew: I'm just happy that I'm not crazy. It IS possible to reduce the size if you're not massaging properly. Good to know! And I think I was massageing incorrectly. :/
I believe that I'll use a capsule of fenugreek powder and olive oil to massage.
Also apart of my regimen:

Eventually I will get the PM gum and will chew about 3 pieces during the day while at work :)
I do plan on adding PM to my regimen, but will start next month and will do the cycling that I saw mentioned in the "Japanese Bust Enhancement" thread.
Another thing: My default regimen (protein shakes, EPO, fenugreek, papaya) is pretty good for my hair too. So that's extra exciting :)

Just to note that I'll be tailoring my program kind of like Beth's. I see that we have the same starting measurement and I wouldn't mind getting to 45 like her, lol.
The most important thing is that I remain consistent. So here's a program that I know I can stick with and I'm just gonna do it and maybe check back in a month or so:

I know that stuff is going to go straight to my waist and that's a problem. Overall, I don't want to change my diet or routine, I just want to add supplements.
So.
I'll be taking the following supplements w/ meals:
Papaya enzyme x3 (135mg day total)
Fenugreek x2 (3660mg day total)
plus I'll take EPO x3 sometime during the day. (3000mg day total)
plus I'll do massages.
And that's all. And more importantly it's something that I know I can be consistent with. Along the way, I may add Fennel and/or Hops as they fit in the budget :)
I took a mini break for a while because it seemed as if I was gaining random weight. I stopped the soy drinks and vitamins.
For the past week or so, I've restarted Fenugreek (I take 1800mg @ lunch) and EPO (3000mg after work). I was also adding Papaya enzyme, but I'm not sure how that works w/ my digestion system just yet, I'll have to plan for it better.
My boobs are growing :) I think part of it is because I've had some help massaging them lol. I've gone from a 37.5" to a 38.5".
