I have been unhappy with my breasts for a long time. I developed breasts quite young, and when I was 12 I was wearing a 34C, was 5'4" and 150 pounds. I grew taller and thinner over the years following, and by age 17 I was my current height and measurements: large 34A/ small 34B, 5'8" and 120 pounds. The quick weight loss (I lost 30 pounds in a year between age 12 and 14) left my already stretch marked breasts a little saggy and deflated looking. Through breast enhancement I am hoping to gain a little volume and firm up the skin to gain definition. Also, I have flat nipples and I will be using Nipplette to also gain more attractive nipples.
This past July, without knowing much about NBE I began taking Fenugreek daily. My first photo is taken right before the Fenugreek began. I think I gained a lot of fullness from the 2 months I took fenugreek, making me a full 34A and faithful enough to continue with NBE in a more disciplined fashion.
Stats at week 4:
Under bust: 28
Bust: 33
Waist: 24

One month ago I began this routine:
Upon waking:
620 mg Fenugreek
Herbal mix for PMS:
300 mg Wild Yam root, 200 mg Dong Quai, 100 mg Black Cahosh, 100 mg Blessed Thistle, 100 mg Damiana plus an assortment of vitamins and minerals
1 tsp fennel seeds
L-Tyrosine
Massage for 10-15 minutes
With lunch I take a fantastic multivitamin called EcoGreen Multi by now. It has large amounts of all essential vitamins plus iodine from kelp, barley grass, alfalfa juice, wheat grass, amino acids, papaya enzyme... the list is enormous! Many of the odd NBE approaches are included in this multivitamin.
With dinner I have the EcoGreen Multivitamin and 1000 mg Borage oil.
Before bed:
1,240 mg Fenugreek
Herbal Mixture
Massage for 15 minutes
Throughout the day I have around 2 cups of Soy Milk and usually a cup of barley tea. I eat a lot of fatty foods; cheese, eggs and bacon, ice cream... I don't avoid any foods, but I do not eat anything processed or fake. My diet is high in protein and low in carbs.
The above program describes the past 4 weeks of program. This past week I have added the Niplette (if you haven't heard about it and have flat or inverted nipples, I highly recommend researching it!) and St. Herb Nano breast serum. The nipplette needs to be worn for 8 hours a day... I think I miss at least one day a week (I am trying to keep the nipplette thing from my boyfriend since he says he loves my nips the way they are)... but they are already more responsive and protruding. No ideas yet on the Nano Breast Serum. I wonder if using the serum and then doing the rough massage with oil 10 minutes later counters the supposed firming effects of the serum?
So, this is the sixth week of my program. Like most women who experience luteal swelling, by the sixth day of their menstrual cycle the breasts are no longer swollen and are at their smallest stage for the month. Well, today is day sixth, and mine are definitely fuller than my past follicular stages. I am very happy with how the message has changed the way that they feel! I also believe I was wrong with my first bust measurement. I think it was 31.5" or 32". I am 32" right now at the smallest phase in my cycle, but my breast appearance has definitely changed, and changed dramatically from where I was a few months ago (if you look at my first photo). I will be posting a new photo soon when I am at the same place in my cycle as the other two (around ovulation). I really encourage all of you lovely ladies to stick with your programs or keep trying new things, I believe all of you can have success. I don't know if my growth of the past 6 months is measurable in inches, but I can see it and feel it and I am so optimistic. I believe I have grown at least an inch from my first photo. Do you guys see the growth too? I added collagen to my program two days ago because I feel it may be beneficial!

I am adding goat's rue to my regimen today. I guess ideally, I am adding it to take out fenugreek and stop stinking so badly (unless I wear antiperspirant, I smell awful). I don't wear antiperspirant... so I guess I am sick of smelling awful. I am currently taking around 1800 mg of fenugreek a day, and I don't want to stop abruptly, so I think I will slowly add the goat's rue while slowly reducing the fenugreek. Any ideas?
So last I wrote I was taking out the Fenugreek, adding in the Goat's Rue. Smell wise- SO much better! I hadn't smelled like myself in 4 months! I am not quite sure yet it's effects, but it seems to be similar to Fenugreek (my breasts looked smaller as I came off the Fenugreek two weeks ago).
I have not been completely true to my program the past 10 days or so. My lovely boyfriend tried to dump me on Thanksgiving at his mother's house and I neglected my program for a while (not all aspects, just I would say I have only massaged 2 out of the last 10 days and missed at least 3 days of complete doses).
I am sure I have grown an inch since I began the new program in early October. The first stat I put down was incorrect by at least half an inch. Only in the past few weeks has my bust actually reached 33 inches, and when in luteal even more. So I have grown 1 inch in 8 weeks! Sounds like actual growth doesn't it? Measurements are now:
I read your program and wonder if you are still off the fenugreek? That is the main thing I will not get off of even though it does make me smelly too.
Are you still on the goats rue? How's the taiste?
You are progressing along pretty rapidly and I can see in the pictures that your nips are higher up and the sides look fuller too! I think you look lovely and would take those boobies anyday!!

It's been at least a week since I have done anything. Last night I started taking my goat's rue and did an 8 minute or so massage. I am going to keep going this morning. I hope this didn't mess it up too much!

I have not posted in almost a month!
Well my life is less stressful and miserable now. I think I underestimated the importance of a healthy BMI for breast growth. I am not sure what statistics I put in my first post in this program, but when I first wake up in the morning I am around 114 pounds. That is quite thin for a girl who is slightly over 5'8" and somewhat muscular. I am pretty sure when I began this log I was more like 118 in the morn ( I am obviously going to check when I finish posting this message). I have been trying to intentionally gain weight for the past 3 weeks or so and have been consistent with my massaging and herbs for nearly a month. I have noticed some aches which are new for me! I think my new goal is going to be a weight gain goal, and I am fairly certain it will also result in a gain in bust. In the next few months I want to gain 5 pounds of muscle and 5 pounds of fat, bringing me to a morning weight of 124. 124 pounds by May 1st! A 34" bust would be fantastic too :)

I am trying to eat ALL THE TIME. I have a very hard time gaining weight, and I have been trying to gain muscle and fat. I work out every other day. My diet consists of a lot of eggs, chicken/red meat, vegetables, cheese, peanut butter... no real amounts of sugar. After dinner I may have some frozen yogurt or ice cream or cookies. I try to have 1 or 2 protein shakes a day.
My bust is 32" as of the other day. I measured right around ovulation (I happened to have a measuring tape) and I usually measure later in the cycle. I believe I lost around half an inch or so from weight loss and do not look as full as my last photo. Perhaps I will take another photo at the same point in the cycle and have you guys judge it.
I also started chicken feet soup drinking today! I hope to have it at least 5 days a week :)
I am 33" inches in the follicular phase and 34" in luteal. I did gain about 5 pounds of fat, bringing me to 5'8" and about 125 pounds HELL YEAH. The rest is some nice muscle :)
these are my measurements today (keeping record). I am in the luteal phase of my cycle (or pregnant, ****) and should be getting my period within the next two days.
Today is the fourth day of my period (measurements are not much different from luteal phase, I did not appear to have luteal swelling this month or may I actually grew a little!)
I fit comfortably in most 34 Bs. I wonder why, when my measurements would suggest A cup. Maybe because I have been a 34C in the past and have that extra breast tissue.

I massage rigourously for around 15-20 minutes in the evening and then eat chicken feet soup with green vegetables and tofu. I do quick massage before bed and drink soymilk. I meditate and visualize afterward.
True true, I have been using the same lotion/cream for almost 4 weeks and I think/hope I can see a slight improvement.
You got an amazing lift :-), what product do you think played a part in that?
