i also have this problem with the upper sides, like around the arm pit area where there is excess boobage. trying to find a way to fix this. i've used the step 1 bra from ripplu, but it seems like it just works when you're wearing the bra and doesn't really fix the problem. trying to buy the step 2, but they never have my size :-(

so, i measured today and i'm at 33 inches. half inch growth already? maybe its weight gain or water retention. i dont know... ill measure again after my period. also, i took an establishing picture today, so as time goes on, ill take more and i can post them up.

and, im adding in pansyclub's massage to my routine.

Forgive me posting on ur page, i just wanna remind u that it's better to measure after ur period day 5, that's how u will know if the growth is real or just water retention. :)

its totally fine to post here, i dont mind. :)

so, just started my period yesterday- sigh. going to measure on day 5.
also thinking of adding fennel to my program and nixing gelatin. i would assume collagen and gelatin would do the same thing, so maybe taking both is just a waste of money.

i'm also going to up the papaya enzyme i take, from 3/day to 6/day. and i read somewhere on here, kieyah saying that it was better to let them dissolve in your mouth. i usually just chew and swallow, so i started letting it dissolve today. we'll see.

well, period is over and i kept the growth! i'm actually just over 33 inches, barely. yay!

i have also lost a couple pounds, so this is quite exciting.

I meant to add that I have endometriosis, maybe PCOS?, and i get really bad cramping during and even in between periods, among other things. I started taking Dong Quai a couple months ago and I think its helping. My last period was not bad at all! I didn't even need pain meds.

just placed a new order with the vitamin shoppe for the month of february. added some things, so here's my new program:

2 things im working on, 1)missing doses, 2) doing/consumng things that are not good for NBE.

1) i bought one of those trays they sell at the pharmacy that holds your pills with different times of they day for the whole week. this has helped immensely. not only does it show me how often i have missed taking my herbs, but also it has the pills sorted out for me, saving me time. i also bought a single pill case, so i can take my herbs with me when i wont be home for a dose.

2) smoking, caffeine, sugar, skipping massages, etc. a good mentality, i think, to have is that im spending all this money/month on these herbs, so why am i doing things to inhibit growth? its like im taking the herbs for nothing and just wasting money. so, i really am going to quit my bad habits this time and keep the NBE-growth mentality in my head. a cigarette is not worth it.

I started listening to Kenneth Blake's hyposis MP3s. This seems like a great addition to NBE. I'll report later if its helping.

Also, i began doing tigerlily and fengshui's massage, mixed with chi, etc. in the morning i only do 300 rotations of chi massage, bc i'm usually pressed for time. but in the evening:

1) 300 rotations both breasts
2) one breast at a time-

then push pressure points- under nipple, bottom of breast, and in between breasts.
you use your knuckles and push toward where the arrow is pointing. the circles are the breasts.

3) gently knead and massage breasts, make circles with knuckles around breasts, gently.
4) breast slap
5)a few minutes of a hand massager each breast [the kind you use on your back]
6) heat pad while listening to hypnosis mp3's

i'm also thinking of switching my marine collagen to hydraplenish. if anyone has tried this, please let me know.
and i'm upping the dose of fennel from 3/day to 6/day.

update 2/19/09

so, i weighed myself again, and i lost a few more pounds. yay!
i'm about to start my period, so i'll get to measure again, soon.

i upped my dosages of fennel and blessed thistle. i am now taking twice as much. i'm going to drop the cayenne bc i read that BT already helps improve circulation, and i've been working out daily and walking my dogs 1/2 hour 3xday, so i think that will help improve circulation, too.

ive been eating way healthier, and i TRULY believe that diet is a HUGE part of NBE. when im being junky, i hardly ever feel growing pains... but when i eat veggies, whole grains, good fats, WATER, and lots of protein my boobies seem to love it.

and ive been researching vitamins, and i think im going to start the ones gwyneth paltrow takes. New Chapter Organic perfect pre-natal. they are quite expensive, but i found them a little cheaper on the vitaminshoppe.com where i buy my herbs anyway... they are $47.99 for two months worth. i think the vitamins will help. i also am going to stop the papaya. dont know that its doing much for me...

anyway, when i order my new things, i will post what i am taking and how much. and measurements! :)

Yeah!!! Up half inch! It seems as I grow a half inch every month, yay. So now I'm at 33.5. I also figured out I can post from my iPhone.

so, i've been at this on and off and on for 3 years with no results. i decided to take a break and do a cleanse called colonix which cleanses the colon and the liver. they recommend doing it for 2-3 months... right now i think i'm only going to do it for 1 month, but we'll see. i think i need to get the gunk out of my system and start over again. also, im trying to lose some weight before summer, so i'll cleanse, drop some lbs, then come back.

oh, ill still be massaging and using fenugreek liquid extract on my breasts, but i will not be taking anything internally besides the colonix supplements.

Almost done with the cleanse.
Have been reading lots on this board, especially posts from Wahaika. I think I'm going to do what he recommends, the greenbush 90 day kit + fenugreek extract from greenbush. I just started my period now, so on my next period i will be re-starting.

Start over, again...

I'm gonna try to take herbs externally instead of swallowing them. yesterday was the 1st day of my period, so i should have started then... unfortunately i injured my fingers over the weekend, and it hurts to use them so i cant really massage or anything. hopefully by tomorrow...
I'm also doing hypnosis, but I haven't been very committed.
I was doing chicken feet soup, but I just can't do it. I couldn't get used to it.

menstrual phases:
an average menstrual cycle lasts 28 days and the 1st day of your period counts as day 1.
days 1-14: LSH, LH, and progesterone are all low, while estrogen levels slowly rise from day 1 of your period to day 14- ovulation. on day 14, estrogen levels suddenly drop making way for increasing progesterone levels. LH and FSH reach a peak right before day 14.
days 14-28: progesterone levels peak, estrogen slowly begins to rise again to prepare for your period.

i had this backwards, i thought estrogen was high first, but it starts off low. so, i'm going to use lower amounts of fenugreek in massage days 1-7, increase the amount day 8-14 and completely stop after day 14 and use progesterone cream instead.

now, i still dont know if i should use the saw palmetto extract for massage during the follicular phase [days 1-14] or the luteal phase [days 15-28]. if someone can help me out on that one, it would be greatly appreciated.:

so, day 13 of my cycle. i had my suspicions that i was ovulating yesterday, so i stopped fenugreek extract and used PC. the growing pains/tingling were incredible! I am about to go massage with saw palmetto, use a heating pad, and do my hypnosis [kenneth blake]. then after i shower, i'll apply more PC.

i decided to use saw palmetto for the luteal phase. are any girls out there getting irritated from using extracts? i thought it was the alcohol, but i switched to greenbush extracts and still have the irritation. i quit sleeping in it and wash it off after hypnosis/heating pad now, instead. seems to have helped a bit. also, the vitamin e oil i am using is helping.

i use 5,000 IU of vitamin E oil by JASON. i bought it at whole foods. they have higher IU, but the 5,000 was less expensive. I might switch to a higher dose if i feel the need later on. I massage with it and then rub in the oil on most of my upper body- the rib cage up to the clavicle. i do it mainly for my skin, not just NBE. then i mix a little bit of the oil with palmer's cocoa butter and apply everywhere. my skin has improved a lot! i used to tan a lot, and theres a bit of sun damage. some parts of me look a little too damaged for a 25 year old [and somehow i still get mistaken for being a teenager!] anyway, i hate tanning now. i look better pale.

i am doing fengshui's massage in the morning, and pansyclub's massage in the evening. when i get home in the afternoon, i apply the breast mask [fenugreek OR saw palmetto + aloe vera gel], cover it with plastic wrap, a sports bra, and put on a heating pad on low and do my hypnosis. i do it during the day because i get home before my fiance does and we hang out together at night. plus with another person home, it can be difficult for me to concentrate and go into a trance since it can be a bit noisy [tv, video games, etc].

days 1~14:
-massage with fenugreek + aloe vera
days ~14-period day 1:
-massage with saw palmetto + aloe vera
-apply progesterone cream

other supplements:
GABA 750 mg: i take 2 at night= 1500 mg
Omega 3/6/9: i follow directions on the bottle
new chapter perfect prenatal: [not trying to get preggo, i heard its a good formula tho]
PABA 500mg
Hydraplenish: contains collagen, i follow the directions on the bottle, 2/day

i still have some herbs leftover, so i am going to use them until they run out, then no more internal herbs:
follicular phase:
-days 1-7:
*3 blessed thistle
*3 fennel
*3 dong quai
*2 hops
-days 7-14:
*6 blessed thistle
*6 fennel
*3 dong quai
*3 hops

i am still going to be taking dong quai, however, because i have endometriosis and it REALLY REALLY helps, especially with monthly cramps and PMS.

One week ago, i measured 33.5 and today I measure 34. I hope this isn't some fluctuation, but maybe it is. its day 15 of my cycle, I'll measure again at day 5.

and i still have my 34 inch measurement. i found an app for iphone called iperiod where you can track your period, ovulation, etc which is good for someone doing a program like this one where you do separate things in the different phases.
ive been getting lots of pains and tingling, but no visual growth. i DO fill out my bras better, however, but i guess a 1/2 inch isnt too noticeable.

i'm trying to get a right consistency in the boobie batter so i can apply it right after a shower so it can be absorbed. ever notice how lotion is much smoother and less sticky if applied immediately after a shower? i'm thinking: Vitamin E oil, extract, and cocoa butter lotion. its not the stickiness i mind, its the shininess. i dont want my chest to be gleaming so much it looks wet. the stickiness actually helps with bra adjustments bc they "hang on" to the bra rather than continuously slipping out.

next week DF and i begin our new exercise program, so we'll see what happens to the girls after i become more active. we are also changing our diets, trying to get healthier and in shape for the wedding. 15 months to go! i have set up a goal to get to a c cup by the wedding, and i'm positive i will find a way, especially given my recent successes. oh! i forgot to mention the shape is changing too... they are looking perkier everyday!

The growing pains are coming on strong. I feel them even more when I work out, too. Its exciting. DF says he thinks they are getting bigger. We went out for our morning walk with the dogs and I could feel them jiggling! usually my girls are too small that with a sports bra on, they are just flattened to my chest. it actually looked like i had boobs under it today, though.
Since I am trying to lose weight, I'm going to do some different measurements so I dont get fooled by the loss of "back fat" thinking I may have lost boobs.
clavicle to nipple, nipple to nipple, and side to nipple.

also, i was using Ripplu 3 step bras, but they aren't helping the problem area i'm trying to get rid of. i have these pouches of fat in my arm pits and between my arm pit and chest. its not fat though, no matter how much weight i lose, they are still there. i believe its re-directed breast tissue. when i was a kid and still developing, i was a major tomboy and i hated having to wear training bras and having to try them on. so i'd just wear whatever bc my parents told me i had to, and i wasnt at all concerned about the fit. they were probably too tight. anyway, i found the Ardyss Angel Bra and its supposed to be really awesome at redirecting fat around the rib cage, arm pits, and even upper belly to your breasts. it looks like a bra from the 1800's LOL, but if you think about it, back then they werent concerned about having a bra be sexy and cute, but they used them to SUPPORT their breasts- What a bra is supposed to be used for!

I decided to try out wahaika's theory of timing of programs and i'm halting most nbe efforts until march 2010, then I'm going to truck on with this until my wedding in december. right now im focusing on losing weight and getting healthy. this is what i'll be taking:

NBE-related herbs:
MSM [6,000mg/day]
Borage oil [3,000 mg/day]
vitamin-c [1,000mg/day]
pumpkin seed extract

endometriosis herbs:
*vitex [decrease estrogen, increase progesteone]
*dong quai [hormone balancing, anti-inflammatory, inhibits tumor growth]
*wild yam [balance estrogen, anti-inflammatory, uterine health]
*cramp bark [pain mgmt, muscle cramps, uterine health, dysmenorrhea, excess bleeding]
*ginger [reduce nausea, digestive upset, pain, prevents endometrial growth]
*castor oil packs [on lower abdomen and on chest to increase circulation]

Wilson's Temperature Syndrome:
*Healthy Foundation- promotes optimum health- [St. John's Wort, fennel, astragalus, milk thistle, sarsaparilla, ginko, peppermint leaf]
*Adaptogen-adrenal and immune support- [Ginseng, Ashwagandha, Codonopsis root, astragalus, fo-ti root, wild yam, devil's club bark]
