I am convinced it is good to do a detox before staring a regimen. I started last week with a detox called CKLS. If you have a sensitive stomach I don't recommend it. Alot of stomach pain is what I endured. But it did work. Even my sense of smell has become keener, like in the 1st trimester of pregnancy. I hope that's a side effect that doesn't last, lol. I also used food grade diatomceous earth, it draws heavy metals and parasites out.
Right now I'm coasting along with taking one ashwaganda tab 2x a day and vit. c. along with my multivit gummies. I have a hard time w/regular multi vit that are too big and didn't want to buy up every multi in the store to see if they're small enough to take. I will be taking only these supplements for about a month and when my period comes in March I'll begin the routine below.
As far as my regimen, to be truthful it has been all over the place. I started collecting info around Oct. of last year and after much revising this is what I have so far.

Here's the tricky part. The phytoestrogen supplements I'll be taking will be separated into 3 phases. Day 5-12 of menstrual cycle I'll be taking hops. Really haven't figured out the dosage yet but I have time. Take nothing day 13. Day 14-21 one female balance tab in the morning and 10 maca drops in amnio collagen soy drink. From end of cycle (Day 22 onward) up until 4 days after next period I'll be taking 1 maca pill, 10 maca drops, 10 fennel drops, 3 vitex drops. This is purely experimental and I'm just curious to see if it works better than taking supplements straight thru. I got the original idea from Chiyomilk. She was taking pueraria so she had to split her supplements and this is what she did even though she had already grown alot before with just taking pm straight thru. Taking pm straight thru proved to be bad though because she caused a hormonal imbalance and had stalled with breakthru bleeding.
I think it is good to get lots of good sleep at night and I will have to really get on getting to bed no later than 10:30pm.

I am trying to stay away from bread, it makes me feel ill. I don't know if it's because I'm hypoglycemic and the starch in bread converts to sugar or what but I try not to eat it too much.

I am underweight and hypoglycemic. Therefore my diet may look a lil heavy handed with the proteins and carbs and is the reason there are little processed sugars. I gave up cookies, donuts, cakes, pies etc. awhile ago because they made me so drained. I only eat turkey and sometimes chicken. No pork and rarely beef.
The body basal temperature is taken thruout the menstrual cycle to figure when a woman has ovulated. Before ovulation the temperature is low and the woman is producing estrogen. This is the follicular phase. Once ovulation has taken place the temperature spikes and remains high until the next menstrual cycle. This period(luteal phase) of high temperature is when a woman's body is making more progesterone. I use a BBT thermometer because I want to take certain supplements at the right time. Is a BBT thermometer needed to take supplements? No, I just do it because I like to be specific as I can.
I forgot to mention in the first post that I will be on a weight gain journey along with NBE. Being underweight is more of a hinderance to BE in my opinion so I gotta get some meat on my bones and make it stick.
I've been looking up info on some other herbs. I've taken a bit of interest in ayurveda and some ayurvedic herbs appear to be helpful in breast enhancement. I may buy a small bit of the herbs I'm interested in and experiment with a message cream concoction.
