| I am new to NBE but have done a fair amount of research here on the forum and have decided upon this:
Morning: Massage with Cocoa butter and vitamin E
Drink tea with 600 mg Fenugreek and 400 mg hops
drink a glass of soy milk
Afternoon: tea with 600 mg Fenugreek and 400 mg Hops
Night: Massage with cocoa butter and vitamin E
tea with 600 mg Fenugreek and 400 mg hops
I used to be heavier than I am now and wore a 34C, but now am a 32B since I have lost weight. I hate how my breasts are empty and saggy now, but hope to continue exercising to tone the rest of my body while undergoing NBE. I hope to at least regain my C cup, as I have broad shoulders and this would look better with my body, although I wouldn't mind a D either.
Does anyone have input as to whether or not exercising will be counterproductive? I feel like my breasts have already lost all the fat that they would from the working out.
As of 2/15/09 my measurements are:
33" over bust
34" bust
31" under bust
I will start my program on 2/17/09 (once I'm over this cold!) and post results.
Any advice/criticism is welcome. |
