I know my measurements sound like I should be a much bigger cup size than I am, please keep in mind that I have a very deep and large rib cage and barrel. I am definately an apple shape type body. Also, I consider my breasts to be tubular. I believe getting pregnant at age 14 stopped the normal growth cycle. Very hopefully thinking that starting NBE might help me finish out the cycle and have more "normal looking breasts" Keeping a good mindset about this, as I think one of the most important things in NBE.
My biggest NBE challenge:
I have Crohns disease. Am on a medication called Methotrexate, a very ugly drug but keeps me in remission. It is known to mess with hormones. Some of the uses for it are as the morning after pill and for breast cancer. I can not get pregnant while using as it will cause miscarriage and is known to cause menstrual irregularities.
Before starting NBE went to Gynecologist who has some experience using Natural Hormone therapy. Only after visit with him, bloodtests and research did I attempt any NBE. Also have read "what your doctor may not tell you about pre-menopause" I am low in progesterone and estrogen. My theory is that a woman who has normal levels of progesterone can grow using herbs, why cant one grow who is using herbs and the cream to bring up progesterone levels to normal?
My NBE program:
Feb 2009
progesterone cream 20 mg
days 8-28
March
progesterone cream 30-40 mg
days 10 -28
massage using cocoa butter
April
prog. cream 20 mg
days 14-21 (started later in cycle, period came early)
massage with fenugreek extract/cocoa butter. Also started using heat after massage.
4/3/09 start period, started 1-500mg fenugreek capsules
4/11/09 ramped up fenugreek to 2 fenugreek day
4/20/09 ramped up fenugreek to 3 day
Currently take:
1500 mg fenugreek
lysine - 1 pill a day
multi vitamin
vitamin D - total 800 mg day
fish/flax/borage oil capsule twice a day
methotrexate once a week
massage with cocoa butter or olive oil with fenugreek extract
heat pad after for about 20 to 30 minutes
I also drink soy milk occasionally when I crave it.
Have reduced soda and coffee greatly.
current measurments:
under bust 38
bust 46 1/2
grew about 2 inches - yeah!
My breasts seem a little fuller and heavier, not so wide apart and deflated looking. (common with tubular breast) and cleavage has improved.
I have taken pictures, but still a little shy on posting. Can email privately.
Am considering adding Saw Palmetto in about a month. Need to do more research on it, and a little hesitant on it due to weight gain.

im 25 and have had a baby boy (3 months early) 4 weeks ago, i posted a message in the main forum asking for sugesstions for a good progesterone cream, because i would like to start early in keeping my boobs after expressing milk. but got no replies..
could u tell me what cream you are using as im so confused and yr success is really encouraging
