So on Sunday, May 2nd, I officially started my NBE program which consists of Bountiful Breast pills and various other supplements. My starting stats are:
Age: 20
Height: 5'4"
Weight:126
Under bust: 30"
Bust:33.6"
Over bust: 33.2"
Hips: 35"
Butt: 37"
No kids
I was taking birth control, ortho-tri-cyclen-lo, but have discontinued taking it this month. I was on the placebo pills anyway.I don't really know what my goal bra size is...right now I am technically a 34AA, but I've never even found a bra that size, so I usually just wear 34A's...I'm thinking it would be pretty awesome just to fill those out at first, and then we'll go on from there =]
So here is my routine:
MORNING
-1 BB pill an hour before breakfast--> I go on a walk or exercise while I wait for the hour to be up. When I get back I drink a whey protein isolate shake which has 37 grams of protein per serving and may have some toast or a banana with it if I am still hungry...God those shakes taste aweful. If anyone is reading this and knows some good ones, for sure I would love the input!!

-400 mg Collagen
-1000 mg Ginkgo Biloba
-500 mg L-Lysine
-1 multivitamin
-1200 mg Fish Oil
AFTERNOON
-500 mg Royal Jelly
-400 mg Collagen

For lunch I have a Clif Bar (about 10 grams of protein) with fruit. I also exercise again in the afternoon (trying to lose weight as well as cain cup size, probably not the best plan, but oh well!!)
EVENING
-1 BB pill an hour before dinner
-500 mg Royal Jelly
-400 mg Collagen
-1000 mg Ginkgo Biloba
-500 mg L-Lysine
-1200 mg Fish Oil
Dinner is ually whatever my mom makes, but I try and get some protein in with that as well
So we'll see how this goes. I'm open to suggestions if anyone has any to offer! I plan to measure myself maybe once every one to two weeks. I really don't want to get obsessive with the measuring. Mostly, it's really important for me to not get discouraged within the first few weeks!
I was listening to the Blake Talks hypnosis, but I found him really super creepy, and just couldn't take it anymore. Not a voice I liked to hear right before bed. I was also doing massage, but I kind of got lazy with that. I might try and incorporate it though if everyone thinks it's really essential! Again, I'm pretty new to all this, so if anyone wants to butt in, feel free =]
alot of people think blake is creepy, id give andrew dobson a try :) hes australian (i think) and has a great accent, its less creepy than blakes. welcome to the forum and happy growing :)
