No kids, I smoke occasionally and drink somewhat frequently. I drink caffeinated things about once a day. It's also probably worth noting that I'm a vegetarian, though I eat eggs and dairy.

I started out with herbs, but realized after about 1 1/2 months that I was popping a LOT of pills, and was spending a lot of money, so I decided to give Wonderup a go. (I was largely inspired by Milani.) I started it about a week ago.

New plan is:
Wonderup x2, 3 x daily
EPO 500mg, 4 x daily
Borage oil 1000mg before bed
7000mg optiMSM daily
Massage in the am & pm with Vitamin E oil & Fenugreek, Fennel, Wild Yam & Borage Oil (when I can, it's not always easy to find time for)
I'm also considering taking a rotation of the herbs I still have, 1/day in addition to the WU

Since I've started BE I've probably grown about 1/4 cup size. I could not for the life of me figure out how to measure myself accurately in the beginning though, so I don't have accurate measurements to back it up. I just discovered measuring is 100x easier while wearing a sports bra, so I will begin measuring.

Day 5 of my cycle- 81cm. I'll use this as my baseline, I was just too impatient to wait for day 5 of my cycle to post my program. Since this is the smallest time of the month and I'm only down .5cm, I'm hoping that's a good sign.

hi, we have very similar stats i just noticed and im on month 5 (i think) of my wonderup program and am really happy with the results. So fingers crossed you will see the same!:)
I also started at 81cm and now am at 87cm :)
