I started WU in April 2009 after becoming very down about my deflated breasts. I breast fed both my children, the last one for a year and my boobs have never looked the same since!
My info:
White British
age 32
Height - 5'9
weight - 10 stone
cup size - By the measurement chart I started as 34A but I wear 34B as they seem to fit.
measurements - Under Bust 29 inches; across bust 33 1/2 - 34 inches
My goal - Really to regain the fullness but a nice C xup would be great!
Non smoker, drink wine most weekends. No coffee but have a weakness for Coke and drink a can most days.
Exercise - I go jogging 2 x weekly and so some light dumbell weights for arms.
I'm on Yasmin BCP.
No hormone imbalances or medical problems.
At time of posting this I have been doing WU 6 tablets daily for 4 months. I also take EPO 2000mg a day and a multivitamin. I have just added massage with PM cream.
Breasts are definately fuller and when I'm wearing a push up bra there is more "bounce" over the top! Still don't look much different in pics though.
Trying to think of ways to speed things along a bit - guess I've never been the patient type!
Am trying to drink fennel tea but it tastes awful.
Wondering whether to add a fenugreek to my WU regime but don't want to overdo it.
Any ideas?
wow - only started drinking fennel tea a day or so ago but boobs have been really tingly and according to tape measure have grown nearly 1/2 an inch?! surely not just from drinking tea?
Not going to stop though lol
I just got mine at a local supermarket so I can't imagine it is that strong but it seems to be doing the trick. It is fennel and nettle tea bags the one I have.
I'm sure health food shops would do similar. x
