Lexan construction using latex tubing for the "baser" bands. The tubing ends close on a polyurethane rod "for smooth releases and extra durability". High and low velocity bands available. Muzzle velocity quoted as 175 fps and a 70-80 foot maximum range. Availble with your name or initials in gold script on the side. comes with a logoed case and ammo. Wayne Arms Company, Overland Park, Kansas 66204. (913)341-0913. Looks like they were sold into the late 80's or so.
There's a write-up in Airgun Revue No. 4 with some more info. I wouldn't mind having a nice mint one of these with all the doodads. Claimed to be offered in the 1986 Beeman catalog. I haven't confirmed that. JB Jenkins
