Lack of common decency? And I suppose that you would agree that everyone else on this board, including the eastern european scammers (AR being a typical example; if not in real life then in spirit), have the market cornered on "common decency".
Obviously you did not see my tongue in cheek "LOL".
Between AR/The Enforcer and the marriage agency owners it would appear that no matter what is printed and/or the personal experiences if western men, men still ask "how do I get a woman" using a "reputable" marriage agency. From experience, these scammer women and their families see this western male marriage process as a chance to get $$$$!!! Perhaps your just wondering yourself what's really on her mind. Give it 20 years and then make an analysis. LOL Obviously all the reports/experiences of scammers in Chern. and Lugansk falls on deaf ears.
Considering that there is a lot more information in regards to these scammers (relative to 10 years ago) western men should be a lot better equipted to understand what they could be getting into. Unfortunately, by US Statistics, that does not appear to be the case.
