About a month ago I got an email from a Russian woman in my yahoo account. She said she lived in a dangerous area of Russia, lived with parents that were retired and receiving a very small pension. She said she had a degree in accounting but had a job as a waitress because she couldn't find a job in her profession. Every time she sent me an email she kept repeating that she was getting closer to me. She sent me a ton of pictures during that time. Here it is a month past and she says she wants to get a visa to come here to be with me in america. I've repeatedly asked her what her intentions are, whether she wants to date or she wants to stay with me permanently. Unfortunately, she either doesn't understand my words or she's ignoring me. The only personal info I've told her is my first and last name and gave her a PO Box address. The truth is I'm not ready for a wife...I was just looking for a date and this woman I think may want instant marriage or a place to live. Is this a scam? What can she possibly do with the info she has of me? |
