This person should be someone of trust and discretion. A person who has existing contacts in Chernovtsy and is very familiar with the city and its social and political structure. I would prefer an English speaking ability -English writing ability would be an asset. The chosen individual must be able to follow instructions and collect information in a timely manner. At such times I travel to Ukraine and Chernovtsy this person could be my driver and or guide.
