She'll have to re-do med school, at least the last half of it, and internship, and residency, before she can practice. 2.) Pass the CSE
3.) Three year residency.

There is a false impression created out there that education acquired in countries such USA, Canada,Britain ,Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa (before end of apartheid) is the only quality education either in the professions (Medicine, Engineering,Sciences and other pursuits). To equate a medical degree in Russia, Poland, Czechoslovakia, India or any other Non-Anglo Saxon country to being equivalent to "Nurses Training" is not only arrogance but idiotic. Intelligence, brilliance and innovation are not are a monopoly of only Western Countries above mentioned.Were this the case the best Hockeyists, gymanasts,skaters and atheletes would be solely from the USA and it so called Allies. It seems alot of educated people including some USA based doctors have the impression that merely graduating from a USA, Canadian or other Western University some how confers
one "super -intelligence" and legitimacy based on geography and in my view a condescending attitude about others. Given this view -prominent Scientists such as Andrei Sakharov would be "Technicians in the USA or The UK" since that what their Russian Degrees would be equivalent to. Were this the case Russia and other Non-English countries including China,Japan would need to rely on Western trained doctors to do all the complex Medical treatments and surgery.
It is not surprising that degrees earned from Russia are looked down upon so is the case if you are trained in Germany, Finland, Sweden, Norway ,India, Japan , China

To Dr. K, well said. Advancements in medicine, science and the arts have all been made by prominent persons who were educated and conducted their work in these countries. We in the West, I think rightly should feel pretty good about our post-secondary education and that is among the best in the world. However, our primary school and high-school education is pretty poor incomparison to many other countries and many studies continue to bear this out. In Russia and these other countries, the students learn far more and are expected to do much more homework and passing of exams during the course of their education then their western contemporaries.

It has been my experience, and one of the reasons that I find these women so attractive is that they are quite literate, well educated in the arts and history and know a good deal about math and science and to some degree politics and to a lesser degree religion.

Compare this to the average pre-college girl in the United States and you will find that the Russian girl is much more mature and knowledgeable when it comes to these things than her American counterpart who has faced the opportunity of having many many more "distractions" from her education.

PS: regarding the plexi-straw thing. While it sounds interesting, I think I recall something in a Men's Health publication that I read a while back that cautioned against the induction of air directly into the vagina (article was about performing oral sex) as the walls can be very thin at times and permeable and that it may be possible for air bubbles to pass through and thereby enter the bloodstream which could be potentially dangerous. (Perhaps the real M.D.s here can speculate about this and whether it is true.) So if you are going to try this "trick" I would caution to remain on the outside and focusing on the clitoris.
