If an immigrant woman is landed and it later turns out that she lied on her immigration document as in hiding previous marraige and kids should she be deported, especially if she is now leaving the marriage because she has her "landed" documents. I would say that this is the ultimate form of scam.

Maybe it would help them think twice about trying to lie their way into a country.

Coming from a lady who's got quite the mouth. Soap anyone! *lol* This lady is someting else by her own admission, just read her previous posts. Scammer for sure. Unfortunately there was western guy that liked her enough to marry her and now she's slagging his sexuality in the most immature way. What she has talked about in her sexual escapades has and should have nothing to do with relatinships. Before immgratin everything was ooo la la baby, afterwords it was your so much dirt. I have never slagged the people of the Ukraine, in fact travelling was fun, but the scammers and scamming is enough to make one really mad.

In my humble experience, unless one really has an understanding of the hardships this country has gone through and still is going through you will not be informed enough to not recognize scam. Western men go there, see pretty women (and by the way Ukrainian guys aren't all bad looking nor are all alcoholics, in Chenovtsy alot of people are poor, not their fault so they try to get money somehow) and don't take the time to understand the culture, all they see is *Club Med*. Sorry unless you understand the country, study some history, you will be clueless when your there.

if a person gives or makes misleading and false statements and includes falsified documents in their visa application they will be asked to explain if they cannot the application would be refused and they would be deported - depending upon the country the person would not be able to lodge a visa application of any sort for a fair while if ever.

Is there a difference between a professional scammer and just an amateur scammer?

Actually, I think that all western countries should take a leaf out of Russia's book and enforce immigration policy so that no non-Europeans can enter Europe at all - that way our streets will be safer and the stench of degeneracy my eventually drift away.
